Made for Sunday lunch really enjoyed I do not like cheese so I just left it out and still worked good I also tried it with fried Jalapeños nice add in the last few minutes thanks guys always enjoy the videos

A few years ago I found your broccoli rice casserole recipe. I never had it before, so since I was going to make it for thanksgiving, I decided to make one the week before, as a run through, before the big day. It was so amazing, that before I knew it, I ate a whole 9”x13” pan myself (to be fair, it was over a 2 day period 😋 ). Now I have to make this one!

It's an extra large All-Clad. We bought it years ago at Williams-Sonoma. We don't use it that often, but it sure comes in handy from time to time! Thank you so so much!!! Have a GREAT week!!

That looks delicious. I’m on a low carb diet so I wonder how it would taste to sub riced cauliflower for the rice and use crushed pork rinds for the topping. I have to try it. I’m also a lefty as well 😊 The struggle is real lol
