Yum. Ok my mom was old school used “ sour heads” instead of sauerkraut. Also meat mixture was beef, pork and ham. Try this though. When rolling don’t tuck. When done cut off little off ends after and shove inside meat mixture using index finger. Stays together amazing. Use trimmings from ends to throw in pan. If you like sauerkraut throw some of that in pan with juice and little water. It’s life changing. Happy thanksgiving guy!,❤😊
Cabbage rolls are so versatile. I’ve seen so many different recipes for them. I like them with some sauerkraut in the sauce and a nice dollop of sour cream on top. Delicious any way you make them! Thanks guys ❤️
These are similar to my Polish heritage cabbage rolls called Golumpki. Instead of your fabulous sauce, we use a lazy topping of Campbells tomato soup. These look delish! xoxo
Nothing wrong with Campbell's!!! Almost identical to Golumpki! LOVE IT!!! Thank you for sharing! We need to make more Polish food!!! Thanks for the inspiration!!!
Here I am thinking my oven is beeping at me .... and it's YOUR oven 😂 I used to live in Germany and we made cabbage rolls with savoy cabbage. They would be at least 100,000% loon-approved. Another great fun video, lads. Love from Susan in Upstate NY xx
Sorry! We try to avoid that because we know it can be weird to here!! LOL! Savoy cabbage sounds heavenly. We lived in Hamburg back in the mid 90s, and now that you say that...I think we had them then! I knew I loved them for a reason!!! xoxo
OK! Guys, the fun factor scale broke on that one. I always thought cabbage rolls were hard but as always the Loon magic kick in a fine dish was created nice job guys later
Hi Barbara! We love to serve these with mashed potatoes! This would be great with a warmed crusty loaf of bread for soaking up the sauce! You could also do a side of greens (ie, spinach or green beans). This makes a wonderful family dinner! Please let us know if you make it and what everyone thinks! xoxo
LOL. You had me at Stuffed. But then, you had me at Cabbage Rolls . . . oh heck yes! Guys, that sauce looks amazing.
LOL!!! We gotcha, Rob!!!! Everything about it is good!!!! Stuffed and all!!! YUM!!!
Those look delightful, gentlemen!
Thank you so much, Nate!!! They really are extra yummy!

What would you suggest you serve these with to make a family meal out of it? What kind of side and what kind of bread would you suggest?
