Woodward super 8, get it?
Sorry to say, but the Super8 I shot in Film School, during the 1970s, looked much better than this color-wise. I had hoped that the New Super8 would be another tool to use. But from what little I've seen, shooting 4K iPhone video and processing it would give me a better old-skool S8 look.
Gee is this deliberately meant to look terrible? Blurry, dirty gate, bizarre colors - I am very disappointed if this is what KODAK is prompting as 'good and retro'. I agree with charles embrey's comments. When the music is better than the images - something is wrong.
