Great to see some normal cars getting added, although Ubisoft probably already had the license before as it appears as a traffic vehicle as well. Would be nice if all traffic cars, such as the Ford Taurus or the Explorer were playable.

I own a 99 vic great car
The engine sound is a bit too muscle-ey, but they actually recorded the correct starter noise which is a detail I really appreciate! Also loving all the customization, I'm glad we can add a pushbar and spotlights.
Its a muscle car-like but i still rock it. Literally an odd update but better than nothing.
I actually have a 99 grand marquis and at higher rpms it sounds just like that
Edit: plus if you remove the stock soundproofing under the hood they got the sound spot on

I think you need to search for all the crazy custom Vics that YT channels have uploaded and this actually sounds great and the new norm for them.
I made my Vic look kinda like a Mercury Marauder. This car was a much needed addition to The Crew 2.

Just bought the Crew 2 and I want to know how which cars are worth buying and which cars aren't considering it's not as easy to gain currency in the Crew 2 as it is in Forza Horizon. Thank You for the vid. It's well paced and I got what I needed out of it.

To say this is "realistic" is a stretch, as it is built on a 1977 panther platform which ran from 1977 to 2011. I have a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis LS, and it tops out at about 110 mph; I think. I have never gone that fast before, and never will. As for power, the 4.6 Liter V8 isn't exactly a power house because it's considered a "cruiser". Depending on the model, you're only gonna get 221 to 231 horsepower in the civilian car. You see the civilian versions were meant to be cruisers where you would go on long trips in extreme comfort. They were mostly owned by elderly folks who would head to the grocery store, to doctor appointments, to see the grandkids or trips on rare occasions, and to church. Unless you get something owned by an idiot, usually they have low miles and are quite cheap. The Crown Vic police package has about 250 horsepower, and most of the time, these things were driven into the ground. They mostly get driven 24 hours a day 7 days a week by local police or patrolman. They do get maintenance, but remember cops are rough on these cars. There is one last version, the Mercury Marauder and it had over 300 horsepower. The Marauder is extremely rare version of the panther platform, and if you buy one, expect to pay a pretty penny. And if you do find one, make sure you check the service history.

Also you can do a Coyote swap in you're Ford Panther Platform and smoke some Charger and Challenger Scat Packs with 392 Hemi V8 like nothing (considering the Ford Panther Platform is a few pounds lighter than the Chrysler LX Platform and the 5.0L Coyote V8 makes more power per liter than the 392 Hemi V8.
@@CJColvin Ya know, I have always wanted to try that. However, I would stuff the Super Snake V8 into one. It's always nice to have a 725 horsepower supercharged V8 in a four door sedan that could get groceries, pickup the kids, and smoke Corvettes all at the same time.

Sad no Marauder or a Town Car
I pranked my friend and said I modded the game to get the traffic Crown Vic 🤣 he stopped playing TC2 like a month ago. So he couldn’t believe I was driving the crown Vic and begged me to tell him how I modded. He actually believed me. So I said “How I modded is that you can’t mod on PS4 you donut”.
Forza Horizon 4 is lasted 3 years, NFS Heat 1 year, Gran Turismo Sport is lasted 4 years... and this game is still alive... ok.
Forza moved on to a new game, Gran Turismo 7 is 4 months away, and Ghost Games was reconstructed into a support studio 3 months after the launch of Heat so the game never stood a chance. There's really no point in Ivory Tower making a new The Crew, so they just keep updating this one
ubisoft is getting a lot of money through microtransactions of the crew 2 plus they're adding some new and interesting stuff too so yeah. though I'm still waiting for them to replace the ugly looking textures of this game with the high quality and detailed ones the first game had.

Sir, no. I get this is 6 months old...but no. I don't like Ford but no one can tell me anything about my Crown Vic. That car has carried the United States for years and has served billions of people. Their reliable, strong and hella fun to drive. They're good cars.
It is the most famous car in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, despite the large number of Porsche, Mercedes and Lexus cars, we are more proud of it than who made it 😂😂😂
