Gotta love abit of cross threading with the impact
Great video. I am a customer of a Nissan X trail and wanted some advice. I had a flat on the front of my car and ended up having two tyres on front replaced. Garage also replaced 2 suspension arms. Took 4 hours as they had lots of problems fitting arms. Drove away and got a shake to the car, took back and couldn't find problem. Some weeks later wobble and shake awful and finally another garage checked work and found arm fitted correctly but had been forcibly put in place, dust cover torn and bottom of arm bent, where force used. Garage also thinks drive shaft may be bent and cause of wobble. Could initial garage have damaged drive shaft. So difficult to get an honest answer. Please can you help.
Dear Customer, thank you for your request!
We highly recommend you use an official dealer to have a close look into this issue and locate the fault as there could be many reasons for the "shakes" you're experiencing.

Great work guys. Simple, easy to understand and clear. Question on the lower arm. Is it possible to just change the bushings if they are worn?
In general, yes, you can only replace the arm bushings, but this is not always rationally, especially in the absence of a special press machine.

Jepp.. I wanted be lacy instead of change the links I ordered these complete and they was to long and I had to adjust wheels.. cost me a lot of money. The customer service did not want to talk to me.. And since parts was installed.. (to know) they refused refund.. The new adjustment did not turn out good so I had to change back and pay even more for the wheel base adjustment.. Just saying be careful! Customer service is not present..
Hello TC_NeverStop,

Funniest message I've seen in ages
I have watched this video and the one about changing the stabilizer links. Both, without editing, took less than 15 minute, why do mechanics charge so much for labor I wonder? They charge for 15 minute job more than their advertised hourly rate
Thank you for your feedback! It all depends on how complicated the operation is. Be sure to watch more videos on our channel in the future. Best regards, Autodoc!
Excellent instructional video of the basic operation. Thank you . I have just completed this job on my 16 year old T30. The ball joint nut needed to be ground off very carefully as it was badly rusted and rounded off with a spanner. The two rear bolts project into a void within the sub-frame and are subject to 'dissimilar metal corrosion'. Every turn needed an incredible force from an extra long lever bar; my air impact gun couldn't handle it. The whole job took over five hours.
Because they've spent years to train and become experienced, They own or rent a premises, thousands of pounds worth of tools, insurance, tax etc. If you think you can do the job in 15 minutes because you've watched some guy on youtube do it then you are some sort of idiot.
Because your car will have rusty nuts, bolts, drop links that won't come out properly, seized lower arm joints, the list is endless. Drop links aren't a 15 minute job, it takes 10 minutes plus just get car on ramp safely and in the air.....but I feel if you to ask such a dumb question any reply is wasted.
I am waiting for the video I requested I need it
danial Raja what video
