- Recorded on 14 April 2024. [VIDEO #3919] There are 2 lifts at Toa Payoh Central Community Club. But Lift 1 only serves 7 levels but Lift 1 includes the Basement Carpark level. So, I filmed OTIS Lift 1 after nearly 9 months. There is also Rooftop level, Level R but locked & inaccessible.
