Quite tricky questions but I'll try to answer:
- I've been in EU just once, in Finland;
- Sure I would but it seems to me I never will;
- Claire has to make a record with a good feedback about the trip and a gratitude to the radio station;
- At least she should visit the Eiffel Tower, the avenue des Champs-Elysees, the place de la Bastille and maybe the Pere Lachaise Cemetery.

Здравствуйте, Елена Викторовна! Я читала, что артикль THE используется только с названиями английских и американских газет, иностранные же используются без артикля. И названия журналов используются без артикля: Cosmopolitan, Vogue etc.
Про журналы - да. Про газеты не знаю, не могу точно сказать. Как правило, название газеты написано на обложке, и легко прочитать, какое оно.
Just yesterday I was fortunate and honored to visit an office of OSCE mission located downtown Odesa at Big Arnautskaya street 72/74 in a new business center tower. We had an international meeting there held in international English! And an UN senior representative born in Australia also was there with us. )))
That's nice, I've never heard about this organisation. What's their mission?

Going down Big Arnautskaya street you can see many white colored and marked cars belonging to OSCE standing at parking lot near their office. ))) Welcome to come to see it! )

2 I have seen it. It was incredible feeling especially when i saw tower at night. The tower shined as though all itself steel details were red-hot. i was remember it show for all my life.

1.I have been in Frans and in Germany when I was 20 years old. In Frans I visited Dijon and Paris, and Berlin in Germany.

не знаю, я специально прошлась по англоязычным статьям в википедии, потому что по части артиклей там можно сверяться. С названиями иногда артикль используется (или нет), потому что так принято.
Здравствуйте. А почему перед travel medical insurance нет артикля ?
Скорее всего, потому что это понятие,а не штучная страховка.
У меня возник вопрос касаемся использования глаголов be и have, могут ли они быть в каких то определенных случаях взаимозаменяемыми. Например можно ли перевести предложение: У меня не было времени как I wasn't time или I hadn't time при этом смысл будет одинаковым в обоих случаях ?

Здравствуйте, Елена. Спасибо вам за ваши уроки. У меня вопрос - почему же вы ставите артикль an , а не the при описании зоны 26 стран европейских, это же та самая и единственная европейская зона, такой больше нет? Вы поясняете в видео почему вы ставите an, но у меня все возник такой вопрос.
Я эти описания брала из официальных документов, чтоб наверняка артикль стоял правильный.
и вот еще вопрос - артикль the разве используется со словом world?
Артикль the - контекстный артикль. Он может использоваться с любым словом, хоть в единственном, хоть во множественном, хоть название, хоть имя.
Btw, the stress is forvo.com/word/basilica/#en. Don't think it's useful. Only if you are going to travel to Europe.
