    RECIPE/ Shopping List 🛒
    1.5 lbs of sirloin ground beef
    1 onion,
    1 red pepper,
    1green pepper,
    2 jalapeño peppers,
    1 shallot,
    4 cloves of garlic,
    2 Tablespoons of finely chopped parsley
    1 yellow pepper
    1 orange pepper
    Season to your likings with
    pink Himalayan salt
    black pepper
    kinder caramelized onion butter
    red pepper flakes
    sweet paprika
    dried parsley
    onion and garlic powder
    Morton nature’s seasons
    1 pack of granulated beef bouillon
    1/2 cup of Italian bread crumbs.
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup of warm chicken broth or warm whole milk
    Glaze for meatloaf:
    1/4 cup Brown sugar
    1/2 cup Ketchup
    1 tbs Mustard
    2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
    Sauté chopped vegetables in avocado oil/ butter combo. Set vegetables aside to cool. Place ground Sirloin in a bowl and add all the above ingredients plus cooled vegetables. Mix well. Transfer meatloaf mixture into a greased baking dish, shape into a loaf shape making sure all sides are even. Next evenly coat meatloaf generously on all sides with glaze. Bake on 350 for 50 to 55 minutes. Then broil for a couple minutes for a nice caramelized finished. Let cool for 10 minutes and ENJOY! ☺️
