      Die breite tiefe und die bühnenabbildung schafft die handyaufnahme leider nicht rüberzubringen. Die Bassdynamic. Ist so natürlich schnell

    Thank you for posting it. Sounds amazing. I am glad that you have selected different styles of music to demonstrate the speakers' capabilities. In terms of crossover, 1st order, 2nd order or else? Amazing sound!!!!

    Beautiful sound! Would you mind telling us how much you spent on these two? I'm by far not as talented as you. How would you evaluate the Pure Audio Project Trio (Horn) against lets say a Spatial Audio X4?

      i payed round about 1,5k, the spaital has a AMT you have to cross it about 2500hz plus so the 12 inch mid driver has to play up to 2500hz and dont think that is the best idea. eminence beta 15 to 450hz and 450hz+ fullrange tangband is really really nice. price / value ratio is world class on this open baffle horns

    I can only imagine how glorious it's is in person. I'm just embarking on the open baffle journey. I know nothing about horns except that yours sound phenomenal.
    I am looking at lii audio drivers however you're system sounds so great I'm starting to think eminence beta's and Tang band!
    How or where do you get horns from?
    Thanks for posting this. It's amazing.

      Thank you for your comment. And compared to live listening this video is a joke, because you cannot record an imaging (the widness depthness). tonaly you can hear a little bit in which direction it is going. I know somebody who selling his open baffle. Same driver and same crossover. You can add the horn waveguide later. There is a webside where you can buy this horns. Cheers

      Yes for sure. I wish i could though. I built some baffles for a 8 inch driver. That horn system even sounds great on RUclips! I never worked with horns before. I was going to high pass the 8" @ 100htz and use a 15 woofer on the bottom and run a 2.2 system. I have class d power so nothing fancy but i was going to run a tube preamp In front. Gotta start somewhere. For 15's I am considering the sb acoustics, the lii audio and now the eminence beta
      The horn thing intrigues me. I imagine you get great in the room broad directivity . Probably the most distinguishing factor between this and other open baffles I've seen/heard.

      @@Phloored lii silver 8 and w15 is a nice combo. Or. F18 paralell f8 is more natural and also deep. The horn suports the midrange so much. And if the position is right it gives a way better imaging than without baffle.

    Will the sound from the woofers on the baffle be intervened by the horn? Sound good though.

    Can the tang band 1808 be used lower say 200hz
    Can u share the crossover ?

    • @hifiplayground
      @hifiplayground  Год назад

      I would say minimum 200 hz. In open baffle configuration. The higher you cros the less coloration. And in the upperbass area 80 to 200 the eminences are perfect. So much energy i let the eminence run to 450hz

    Unfortunatly, the Micrange is unclear, muffled , and undecipherable. The bass reproduction is shallow and distorted.. Sorry, but thats how I hear it. Try again..

      Thx for your feedback and yes this was my old electronics. Watch the last video i postet. The bass is very controlled. From 300 to 500 yes maybe there you can find something. The rest is superb. Need to listen in real live
