Well, that was quick.
This is what COD has come to; a campaign that’s roughly only 3 hours long. A franchise with so many games with amazing campaigns, as a lifelong COD fan, it’s frustrating and disappointing to see what it has come to 😕
That is how long previous campaigns have been, it is just that this one is not the best and does not make it worthwhile. Make it seem cheap, lackluster, and short. Combine with the sandbox missions that did not integrate well.
Rumor said that Advanced Warfare 2 get cancelled so Devs need work night and weekends to rush this game, not sure if this is true or not.
One can guarantee that a fourth entry is impending, MW3 was but an extended prologue chapter a la Ground Zeroes.

I was planning to buy this game but after watching his videos 😂 its a no no for me i won't be spending 6k for a game which is 3hours long lol
Hearing trev say that THIS wasnt a great COD, is kind of a big deal knowing how he loves COD
You know its short when it only took 2 parts
For reference Cyberpunk 2077's DLC Phantom Liberty its 30 dollars for roughly 10-12 hours of gameplay main questline only, side quest included its 20 hours of gameplay thats great value honestly but double that plus 10 but minus 6-8 hours of gameplay is borderline insane its literally just an extremely expensive slight expansion upon MWII

Most COD games aren't that long, so its understandable, you can really beat any COD game in about a day

wow mw3 campaign was so short i was so happy when he started uploading and now just two parts... they really could have made it just a little longer.
I haven't played a COD game for ages because I dropped FPS at one point but the cut scenes are definitely something else. The part from 1:18:00 in front of congress and the team talk afterwards... i probably re watched that part 20 times by now. Voice acting, facial expressions,the lighting, so many little details I am looking at. Very nice !
That's modern gaming in a nutshell. Graphics are good but everything else is lacking.
cutscenes are great, but the gameplay is horrendous, doesn’t make up for it

Wow. I wasn’t expecting the campaign of the game to be short. I mean, we were at the beginning the other day this week and now today, we’re at the end already. Quickest Call of Duty Campaign ever. At least it was a good series though.👏🔥🔥🔥

This game was intended as a DLC originally and the devs were rushed and crunched. That’s why. Activision is why.

At least Soap died fast and saving Price’s life, and not slowly and defenseless like the original.
he didnt die like that in the org, he was in the clocktower with yuri looking at observation and he decided to save yuri's life before getting badly injured then dying while on the table
dude it was better that it was slow and that soap was weak there, because it made is scared even more for him, the fact that Price and Soap just shrug off bullet wounds makes it really uninvesting due to the lack of tension

This is the 1st COD that I am passing on. Devs are focused solely on WZ/MP and Pay To Win (which I have not played in over a year). So sad what COD has become.

The whole game feels a little bit like they took parts from movies. The fast and the furious, SAS Red Notice, and ect. But it's much better than the 2022 game. Great play trev

I played it today completed the campaign in less than 3 hours I thought the campaign was abit too short so looked online apparently unlike the original modern warfare series it's not ending on 3 it's being made longer
Of course the series is gonna continue, we literally just ended a cliffhanger where makarov just runs off. I just hope they have enough time to come up with a good story for the next one considering there’s rumours of MW4 coming out in 2026.
@@dylanjohns8409I agree that they most definitely need to continue the story from the cliffhanger but if they didn't It wouldn't be the first time it was left on a cliffhanger call of duty ghosts for instance was left on a cliffhanger because the game didn't sell as much as they were hoping plus some parts of the story were criticised heavily

I just finish the Campaign in Veteran Mode. I actually enjoy it, it’s short but I really don’t understand all the hate. At least say that it’s better than Vanguard.

That's... an exceptionally low bar to clear.
I think people hate it because narrative wise, it just didn't hit the same as the original MW3. Specifically, Soap's death was not as emotional.
Modern Warfare 3 is a Two part game, these 2 videos were part 1. In earlier COD MWs as well, General dies with Gaz and Ghost. This time it was different with Soap leaving us, I believe COD will make up in part 2 for giving such a short campaign in part 1.

This story is incomplete. I thought COD was taking a step back and really going to focus on giving us a good story. Black Ops Cold War was complete. WW2 was short but complete. This is not acceptable. You can't let Makarov win when you reboot the series and this is the third game.
I think they're going to make DLC because I doubt they'll do an MW4.

BRO, WHY SOUP, HE WAS THE MOST BRAVE CHARACTER LAST CAMPAIGN, LEARNING THE WAY OF GHOST, FIGHTING THE WORLD FOR THE GREATER GOOD. This campaign felt incomplete, I think there is gonna be a new one with us getting makarov and ending his chaos!
