How to remove bees from a honey super

- Are you getting close to harvesting honey and just realized you need to remove all those bees from the honey super?
Check out this video! We will show you how to remove bees from a hogg half comb super and a normal super. It's super easy and you don't need much to do it. Both techniques work interchangeably!
This is a great beginner beekeeping video for those that need to observe bees and better understand what the bees are doing!

I've just heard of Ross Rounds too. Haven't done any research on them yet. But it's just so fascinating that just a few months ago I thought you just put bugs in a box and get honey. But there is SO. MUCH. MORE to it! And I LOVE that!

There were quite a few things shown. Which would you like to see made? The bee escape?
I’m extremely interested to try that kind of raw honey but I can’t afford shipping to Australia
If you get in touch with your local beekeeping association, they’ll be able to tell you if any beekeepers in your area sell it! What part of Australia are you in?
I tried blowing them out of the super and we just started playing hide a seek. I'd blow them from the bottom they go to the top of the super. I blow them from the top they congregate on the bottom of the super. ?? I finally had to remove each frame and brush them off 1 at a time hiding the frame in a tote.
Did you remove the super and turn it on its side first? That seemed to work best for us. Bee escapes are also a good option if you know you’re going to be removing a super in a few days.

We sold them for $20 each. It all depends on where you’re located. Some people sell for more or less.
