I'm a recent subscriber, having found you on FB's Pennine Way Walkers. Thanks for taking us on your journey. I'm also loving your positivity, even as you squelch through the mud and drizzle. I'm planning on hiking the PW next July, so I'm finding your videos very valuable in knowing what's ahead. Looking forward to viewing the rest of your PW hike.
I have been wanting to walk this path for years but could not leave my dog with a friend for that long - he very recently passed and I am determined to walk next year in his memory. Every day you give me inspiration, thank you for sharing x
Another nice video Christina. I did the PW in 1974 and 1975. The best bits are still to come, I hope the weather improves for you, the forecast for the next week or so is looking much better.
Good to see your spirits are still up. Like you said, I am reliving my own journey from a few years back. The next few days are some of the best hiking on the PW with some great features (along with the boggy moorland!) Keep on keeping on!
I thought it might be muddy going over to Gargrave and from Airton up to Malham. The good news is that once you are in limestone country underfoot conditions will improve all the way to Tan Hill. Also the weather is set fair for at least a week apart from mist on some mornings. You have chosen your moment well. Thanks for sharing your experience, I am there with you in spirit.
Found your channel more by luck so pleased to watch your daily streams & recent achievements of your day after my days work..Well done keep it up & enjoy your days to come over the Pennine way recommend have a day off in Hawes to rest & before the next section.. keep hiking girl 👏
Hi Christina,I can’t get over your enthusiasm on the PW,I did it back in the early 90’s,it’s late in the year to do it but you just take it in your stride,I’m really enjoying your videos, all the best & look forward to day 6,Colin P❤️.
Thank you for updating your day so quickly it’s very much appreciated 😊 You make this hike look so easy always happy a smiling 😊 best wishes on the next stage 🌟
Thank you so much for sharing another day's walking. It's wonderful to see you always so upbeat and happy - even when caked in mud! And HOW did you manage to get so close to that sheep???
Hi Christina, Oh that loverly smile of yours, you like coming to the UK and we like having you here. Many thanks for your kind words to your supporters. The mud is due to the wet winter and spring and a poor summer. Another good video. Regards. Andrew. PS I hope Ben will join you soon.
Another cracking day, even through the mud. I liked the "Bronte" scene and music. Good to see the Leeds/Liverpool canal at East Marten. I'm glad you stayed in Airton rather than a wet wild camp maybe at Malham Cove.
Your so right I've avidly been watching your recent journey on the P/W reliving the experience I had almost 20 years ago. Just a suggestion buy a cheap pair of wellingtons which will keep your feet dry and out of the mud as there's plenty of that ahead of you. Thank's for sharing your journey with us.
I'm disappointed sheep.when you saw that rainbow,I expected you to turn into Judy garland and burst into song😂.Amazing video. The views are only gonna get better.
The rainbow 🌈 came out just for you Christina just as you were about to finish your day, your accommodation looks nice, did you not try the youth hostel in Malham, I think you will find the ground wetter on the northern part of the trail as it is not flagged as much, and thank you for thanking us viewer's for watching and supporting you on trail, and I want to thank you personally for filming your trail, it is very much appreciated and I'm enjoying it with dry feet.
It amazes me how you manage to find the time to walk and edit videos. More power to you Christina. I love your videos.

Great journey and I am enjoying watching your footsteps across the shires
Well done Christina. The scenery is going to get better and better now up through the dales ...hopefully the land will dry out for you and less mud 👍

That was nice seeing you walk through our neighbourhood - we live a couple of miles from Gargrave and often visit Airton! Sorry about the mud 😢

Mud, Mud, Glorious Mud!
Better later on in the year when the frosts make the ground firmer under foot.
Well done Sheep!

I have also slept in that hut.
Do you prefer to walk alone or would you like company?
@@ianmarshall8452 i dont mind hiking a long-distance trail with someone. But day to day, I like hiking alone and just meet up at camp
@@ianmarshall8452 I like thru-hiking a long-distance trail alone too. Prefer a remote trail unlike the WHW...too many people
