wait .. wait... wait... wait..... ... @ 3L51 HOW did she get out of her little prison???? Is she stuck in there.... for six months?? why do you do it this way?? they must need to hire a lot of bowl blank stacking girls because I don't think she could survive there for six months.... lol seriously tho, how did she get out? I REALLY want to know... why would they build up the bowls as a circle with the person in the middle? yes it seems as if she built up one side before the other, and she COULD HAVE just stepped over the short side, and then finished it... but then they show the short side built up WAY TOO HIGH for anyone to get over without some help... VERY CONFUSING 🤷♂
WOW!! They make their own carving blades!?!??! I don't think I have EVER seen that before!!! And of all the place in the world that I would expect to see this it would be in Japan.... and I don't think anywhere else.... well, maybe in South Korea, but that's about it! And it looks like there is really only 1 type of knife that is made.... This must be a VERY OLD company and they have been doing it this way for DECADES.... well more like CENTURIES!!! I hope you guys tell us how old the company is in this video :)
oh I was COMPLETELY WRONG about there being only one type of carving blade.... I was just confused because they are all made with a curved tip, but I didn't realize that this is because that are all for carving on the lathe. They must all have subtle differences that you need to see close up :)
Very nice craftsmanship and woodworking skills!!! Thanks to all who made this video. Watching in North Carolina, USA.
Ditto. I second that from Australia
Best of Best 👍
Superbe travail. C'est magnifique 🤗
Bonito trabalho.
Good job❤

You have to respect the Japanese people very much!
