They probably have no idea this is going on. All they know is someone is buying their branded seat covers and seat foam. A lot of big brand manufacturers are only too happy to sell bits and pieces (called “aftermarket”) money is money!
Whilst I can admire the ingenuity, the skill and the efforts to recycle and reuse materials, I have to admit that the conditions that these people have to in fill me with horror. They literally make me weak at the knees. Watching the guys grinding the blades for the chaff cutter, with no masks, put me in mind of a once common disease in the city of Sheffield. Famous for its edge tools and cutlery, 'Grinders' Disease' was an unfortunate and common condition in those who worked at the stones. It is now known as 'silicosis', a form of pneumoconiosis and is a long-term and debilitating condition, caused by the inhalation of small particles, which cause scarring and hardening in the lung. I wonder how many of the workers here already suffer from, or potentially shall end up with the condition. I'm not even going to mention the lack of eye, hand and foot projection. Nor the unguarded heavy machinery. And, the freehand bandsawing had me cringe, as I couldn't help but anticipate a finger or two being sliced along with the timber. Definitely 'cutting edge'!
These guys need to hire a temporary service person to pick up and put all the wood litter in the fireplace, or 20 or so minutes before their shift ends should have "clean-up", and make the place more comfortable to walk around it, and much safer if the floors aren't covered with wood litter. Oh! there's one guy using a broom. I have never seen so many tongue depressors or ice cream spoons in my entire life. Popsicle sticks too!! Holy Moses! I always wondered where these wooden stick tools came from. Fabulous. I would like to see videos on marketing strategies for these guys who make things by the millions and millions for all these simple items ordinary people take for granted. Going beyond the box the item is in to the store shelves is a complete mystery. Are there middlemen? The necessity is for all over the world, I cannot meet that requirement if I can't know how to. How can something come out of a garage and meet the demand. It may be fallacy that Microsoft was begun in a garage, as Dell came out of a dorm room at a university, and Col. Sanders was a Kentucky resident, and I want to be able to become a multimillion dollar industry in just a few years like they did and to my knowledge there are no investors or business angels on the eastern seaboard and that sort who will show any interest in my products until I can build working models so I can apply for a patent, all by my little self! My problem with the demand for the product I want to make is in the United States someone becomes a millionaire every five minutes. Although that may not be true, you understand my dilemma. I have to be able to make a million dollars an hour just to be able to keep up with the demand. I am imagining things though. Money is not the objective sought. I am here to try and save lives in the future when The Almighty has it up to his eyebrows with mankind. It's called a "brain-child" and I don't want to say anything about it. I just have no clue how to go from my garage to store shelves. I can get as far as a consignment shop, and they can even refuse. I'm completely miffed as to having a sales outlet, and in all likelihood I will have to own that also. I just can't afford a piece of art and the dynamics of manufacture and retail sales is way out of my price range. That was really a fun and interesting video.

For me, the wood turning shape, paint and decor are a work of arts made by hand. My heart aches when seeing those art pieces drilled and chiseled into parts of a lounger or cot. Anyway, this video is very informative. I'll always think of this when I come across a motorcycle, eat a popsicle, look at farm equipment or lay on a lounger. 👏
These people work so hard and long without any health and safety on proberly very little wages yet they seem happy just to have a job My heart goes out to them because it makes me realise how soft and pampered we are in the west.
True “ sweat shops” I hope they don’t cut wages for the “ piece work” the faster the worker gets, like the company I worked for when I was young! That was one of the reasons the unions developed!
Impressive craftsmanship, but the safety and hygiene practices here are shocking! 😮🚫 It’s hard to watch workers in risky conditions with no protective gear. And using valuable wood for popsicle sticks feels wasteful. Let’s hope for better standards soon! 🌍👷♂

You think about just England and Europe. We have very strict safety laws in South Africa Africa as well. What I see here is an injustice towards workers beyond description in words. One of my workers got his hands between two rollers because of his own stupidity. Thankfully his hands weren't broken but still there was an investigation and we had to install a safety device to prevent a similar incident.

Have you all not been in a craft store? You can buy tons of those “popsicle sticks” for crafts. I’m sure MOST 1st world countries have hygiene standards for using wooden sticks in food processing. I’m just happy to stay in my little corner of the U.S. TYVM! 😂
So “innovative” the first part the guy is using a hammer and a sharpened piece of steel to cut open the barrels?! But, kudos to all the workers for the nasty and unsafe conditions they have to work in, along with NO safety personal protective equipment!
It is heartbreaking to see them reduce good wood to make small popsicle sticks. They have literally almost exhausted all of the forests in their country. Those thin "trees" you see behind the shave station, that are planted too close to allow them to grow to full size, are what it's like in areas around the country. I wonder what they'll use once they run out of trees in 10 years or less. *(edit) I do like how you show how the parts are used after the process. But you get a Dislike because of the Lockout Ads at the beginning.*
It would be great to know what in the heck they are making, unless it’s the obvious. Popsicle sticks (how unsanitary those are), seats for Honda of some type. What else? Who knows.
You can manually set the video quality on RUclips using different methods depending on the device you’re using (desktop, mobile, or smart TV). Here’s how to do it: 1. On Desktop (Web Browser) 1. Open a RUclips video in your browser. 2. Click the gear icon (Settings) in the bottom right corner of the video player. 3. Click on “Quality”. 4. Select your preferred video quality (e.g., 1080p, 720p, 480p). 2. On Mobile App (iOS/Android) 1. Open the RUclips app and play any video. 2. Tap the video player to reveal the controls. 3. Tap the gear icon (Settings) or the three dots menu in the top right corner. 4. Select “Quality”. 5. Choose the quality you want (e.g., Auto, 144p, 240p, 360p, 720p, 1080p). Note: If you don’t see higher resolutions like 1080p or 4K, it might be because the video does not support those resolutions or your device/internet connection does not meet the requirements. 3. On Smart TV or Streaming Devices (Fire Stick, Roku, etc.) 1. Open the RUclips app on your smart TV. 2. Play the video you want to watch. 3. Press the down arrow or settings button on your remote. 4. Navigate to “Quality” and press the select/OK button. 5. Choose your preferred video quality. 4. Manually Setting Default Quality (Desktop) If you want RUclips to always use a specific quality setting, you can use browser extensions like: • Enhancer for RUclips (available for Chrome, Firefox) • RUclips High Definition (available for Chrome, Firefox) These extensions allow you to set default video quality, playback speed, and other settings automatically. 5. Advanced: Using Browser Console (Desktop) If you’re comfortable with browser developer tools, you can force RUclips to play a specific resolution using the console: 1. Open a RUclips video. 2. Press F12 (Windows) or Option + Command + I (Mac) to open the Developer Tools. 3. Go to the Console tab. 4. Paste the following code to force a specific resolution (e.g., 1080p): var player = document.getElementById('movie_player'); player.setPlaybackQualityRange('hd1080'); This is more of a workaround and may not always work depending on RUclips updates. Troubleshooting • Resolution not available: If higher resolutions aren’t appearing, it might be due to your internet connection speed, RUclips’s streaming server, or the uploader’s original video quality. • Data Saver Mode: On mobile devices, make sure “Data Saver” mode is not enabled, as it restricts quality to conserve data. These methods should cover most cases where you want to control the quality of RUclips videos manually.

You can manually set the video quality on RUclips using different methods depending on the device you’re using (desktop, mobile, or smart TV). Here’s how to do it:
1. On Desktop (Web Browser)
1. Open a RUclips video in your browser.
2. Click the gear icon (Settings) in the bottom right corner of the video player.
3. Click on “Quality”.
4. Select your preferred video quality (e.g., 1080p, 720p, 480p).
2. On Mobile App (iOS/Android)
3. On Smart TV or Streaming Devices (Fire Stick, Roku, etc.)
1. Open the RUclips app on your smart TV.
2. Play the video you want to watch.
3. Press the down arrow or settings button on your remote.
4. Navigate to “Quality” and press the select/OK button.
5. Choose your preferred video quality.
4. Manually Setting Default Quality (Desktop)
If you want RUclips to always use a specific quality setting, you can use browser extensions like:
• Enhancer for RUclips (available for Chrome, Firefox)
• RUclips High Definition (available for Chrome, Firefox)
These extensions allow you to set default video quality, playback speed, and other settings automatically.
5. Advanced: Using Browser Console (Desktop)
If you’re comfortable with browser developer tools, you can force RUclips to play a specific resolution using the console:
1. Open a RUclips video.
2. Press F12 (Windows) or Option + Command + I (Mac) to open the Developer Tools.
3. Go to the Console tab.
4. Paste the following code to force a specific resolution (e.g., 1080p):
var player = document.getElementById('movie_player');
player.setPlaybackQualityRange('hd1080');
This is more of a workaround and may not always work depending on RUclips updates.
Troubleshooting
• Resolution not available: If higher resolutions aren’t appearing, it might be due to your internet connection speed, RUclips’s streaming server, or the uploader’s original video quality.
• Data Saver Mode: On mobile devices, make sure “Data Saver” mode is not enabled, as it restricts quality to conserve data.
These methods should cover most cases where you want to control the quality of RUclips videos manually.
