@Robot 13 When I saw them in 2019, most of the movies were from Jess Franco films also. This clip features The Devil's Wedding Night,which isn't a Hammer film (but still really good!). I would love to know where the naked dancing girls and skulls at about 12 minutes comes from though.
@@iommic7981 There is a documentary about Metal made by Sam Nunn I believe. Sam is a musician and an Anthropologist. They start with this like family tree and he goes back to Blue Cheer. Also Geddy Lee has mentioned Blue Cheer as an influence. The film is a 2 part entitled:"Metal: A Headbangers Journey." Great stuff !!!

Did you get a first or second pressing of the MDF bootleg? The sound quality could be a bit better, but still very much worth owning imo

I saw them in San Francisco 5 years ago. Loudest show I have ever attended.

A new excellent biography of the band, COME MY FANATICS (by Dan Franklin) list all their (many) cinematic influences. Recommend.
