Sean Dalton still haven’t gotten any but I’m leaning toward the SC. I’m sure the Sigma 35mm 1.4 will be the heaviest lens I’ll get for video work honestly. I’m not planning on getting the new 1.2 which is more massive. Check out this video man, the SC seems to do a perfectly fine job with our setup. www.djivideos.com/watch/01a12d7d-4d66-48cc-b41b-024dbd95b773?autoplay=false&poster=
Nice video man I’m still trying to figure out wether I should purchase the SC or Crane 2. Decisions decisions ...
If you have a mirrorless camera, probably sc. However crane 2 is not much heavier and can carry a heavier load. Can also fully control canon cameras.
I have the a7iii w the sigma 35 1.4 e mount that lens is pretty heavy. Not sure if the heavier payload would be better in the long run though
@@s.optics6221 the heavier payload is what swayed me towards the crane 2. However, both are great. Good luck!
S. Optics which did you decide on? I use the same setup. I think the weight will be fine, might just need a counterweight on the back

I own the crane 2, but weight & size slow down my work.
My camera is a6500 + smallrig cage + sigma16/sony18-105
