Haha glad to have made an accurate representation! Keep making solid content bro, because not every firearms guy wants to wear a flannel and tactical pants all the time, sometimes an oversized shirt, some denim and runners is the vibe we wanna rock with 🤙
I also carry the 43x as my daily, very comfortable. I use the Werkz M6 IWB for my holster, and the Swampfox Sentinel Micro as my red dot, I highly recommend both!
Got my CCW in California back at 2021. Its very reassuring seeing an Asian American also practice consistent carry. Thanks for sharing your set up brother. I edc carry an H&K p2000 and a Sig Sauer P365 when it gets hot.
If you are contemplating still having a Smart watch you cant go wrong with anything garmin. Specifically their Fenix series. You get about 20-30 days off one charge depending on which one you go with in smartwatch mode and if you turn that mode off you are anywhere between 70-100+ days without charge
If you don't have some type of medical on you enjoy bleeding out if you ever get in a gunfight and it's way more likely you use a medical kit then you're firearm but yeah sure
Man shoutout to you for hanging onto the watch for so long. If you’re looking for an everyday I couldn’t recommend citizen enough. Specifically their eco drives as long as you put it in any sort of light they’ll keep on ticking no battery swaps unless they’re in darkness for years
Go with garmin over apple. I’ve used the og garmin instinct all over the country edc at work, hunting, camping on mountains, hiking, swimming kayaking in oceans and in Alaska. Run with it at least 3 miles a day. I beat the shit out of it and it’s as good as day one. Long battery life unless you just use gps 24/7. Honestly the perfect affordable watch. Especially now with the newer versions out.
I know this video is 3 months old so you're probably aware of the new Trex Raptor holster, but man that thing is sweet. I carry my 19 with it and it's super comfy/concealable. And with the monoblock clip it is super slim and takes up little belt space. Would highly recommend (also sweet videos, earned a sub!)
For a new watch I recommend the gshock u5610. It’s solar powered with a battery that can last ten years plus I has an atomic clock function aka it picks up a signal sent out every night at mid night automatically setting itself down to the second.
I’ve always found it challenging carrying a normal wallet & iPhone, but your video shuts me up quite a bit 😂 Oh I forgot a bic lighter & pack of cigarettes as well. Besides me, I like your set up bro 🤙🏼 I know you avoid medal detectors like a plague! And to answer your question about an edc wristwatch, I’d go g shock multi band 6 solar, blacked out.
Check out the G-Shock 2100. I just picked one up and i love it. It’s not a bulky g shock and has all the nice features, while keeping a lowkey sleek look. Love the dump!
If that belt bothers you after some time I suggest the Hunter Constantine belt or tier 1’s version of it, it’s very light weight and I hardly notice it. Your edc is very similar to mine, I’m thinking of trying a Tenicor holster since they have a built in wedge.
We have very similar edc setups. One thing I would highly recommend checking out is the streamlight wedge flashlight. They have a couple different versions now I believe
I bought that original wedge for my girlfriend in ‘22. She carries it in her purse every where she goes. I saw the new XT model and that looks interesting. I might pick one of those up for myself.
Great video. Thanks for sharing. I'm seriously looking into a Nexbelt. I carried a Glock 19 for years. Today I carry a S&W M&P Shield Plus. You might look into a Seiko Dive watch. I have a few. They're addictive.
Only ever worn garmin watches but I couldn’t recommend them more. Currently use a forerunner 245 great battery and fitness/sleep tracking but I think they make some tactical versions now as well
Good video. The camera is trying to focus on your eyes. Maybe when you’re showing an item hide behind it hiding your eyes. Some settings on cameras are made to focus on human beings and the eyes are how they are detected.
Nice EDC set up. I also don’t go any where without my air pods 😂. Idk if that good or bad but I gotta have em on me at all times for random phone calls and multi tasking.
Sick video man! I have a few more months left until my 21st birthday and I was trying to decide between G43x and SIG P365 before I realized the G43x isn't even legal in CA so I guess the state made the choice for me. I also feel like that's the least of my concerns as getting a CCW in the Bay Area is going to be even more of a tedious process. On another note, you should definitely do a room tour next because I think I spy a DDJ FLX6 back there (a man of culture I see), PLUS I love the sick minimalist gaming setup you got going on in the back with what I believe is the Ikea Karlby countertop as a desk? Super well thought out room, earned a new sub. Keep up the good work and amazing video quality! Wish my Fuji XH1 shot video like this haha.
Oh man... I bet you're more excited to buy a gun than a drink... I know I was. Good luck with that CCW in cali, prob easier to move to a free state LOL. You DJ too? If so what controller and what genre? Also, it might be the Karlby, its some kitchen counter top from. Thanks for the sub and comment!
Idk if those are the same round that you’ve carried for 3 years but I recommend changing your ammo every 6mo to 1yr I just wanna be clear I’m not an expert but it’s always better to be safe then sorry I change my hollows out every year
Loved this video you have some solid skills my man, both on the pistol and the knives, have you considered taking some basic medicals eg TQ or wound packing gauze? Again great video I’m from Ireland so unfortunately no ccw permits here, but I do have my own edc, I’d highly recommend the Casio GD-350 stood the test of time for me in basic training and Recce courses, I’ve recently purchased a Garmin Fenix 7 solar love this too Subscribed man love the content

Go with the Garmin Fenix 7 Pro. You get durability, insane battery life, smartwatch technology, and if you want to dress it up for a night out with your girl, they make interchangeable bands. I've had everything from Timex, Suunto and G-Shocks to Citizen, Echo-Drives and Invicta. Even Samsung Galaxy Watches. Go with Garmin for EDC. Kershaw makes some really good knives as well. Nice to see that you're not just throwing rounds down range, you're actually taking time to hone your skills. Too many people trying to make videos just to be making videos !
Just watched a video on it, def will keep that in mind. Thanks for the comment! And yeah, I agree, I hate going to indoor ranges just to shoot static paper. I like training to actually improve shooting on the move.
What state are you in? I’ve watched a few Glock vids and now my algo is showing vids like this with nerds like me living life how I want to but I live in NJ.
I like the feel of the tape on the grip when shooting also when carrying the tape stops the rough texture from rubbing up on my skin. It's personal preference.
I like my holosun! I've never had any issues with it. The EPS carry came out after I bought the 507K, if it was out when I was in the market for a dot, I would've bought it instead.
Great video bro. I personally don't understand the whole carrying a cheaper knife so you don't lose a nice knife. When I use, sharpen and put my own scratches on a knife I like it that much more. I was a little worried about messing up a 600$ knife at first. I started buying knives that wear better. Like a heavy stonewash or whatever.
Thank you! If you check my channel and go to the shorts tab, I actually just got a new Benchmade to start carrying. I got the mini bugout and got some custom titanium scales to rock on them. I enjoy the benchmade much more than the civivi I talked about in this video.
Great video, earned a sub from me. Chill vibes. I'm new to the EDC life, looking at options for my first firearm. Have you had any other Glock models? I'm leaning towards Glock myself, curious if you have experience with the G19 and/or G17, and how they compare to the 43. I have smaller hands so I feel like the 43 ergos' would be a good fit. Any insight would be appreciated. Keep it up homie.
Thanks for the sub! I used to carry a Glock 19 with a TLR7A. I carried it for around a year and half maybe? That’s the largest size gun I would carry. I’ve found that after a day of carrying for 8+ hours, the 19 would really start to get uncomfortable bc it would be pushing against my pelvis. That being said I carried my 19 with a light, red dot, spare +5 mag side car style holster so it was pretty heavy. Glock 17s grip is too long for me to conceal personally. I’m a smaller build dude so I can’t get away with carrying a full size gun. 43x feels nice and is super comfy to carry but you sacrifice performance. I would shoot my 19 in USPSA, or in any match and feel confident I could keep up with people. I shot my 19 last November in a PCSL match and placed like 40th out of 83. Not great but not bad especially when other people were running $7000 race guns. While shooting my 43x I’m not as confident. Just try to know your capabilities when carrying, IE carrying small 6 shot revolver is good for someone trying to mug you at knife point or small self defense interactions vs carrying a fully kitted out Glock 19 and spare mag is good to stop a mass shooter at a mall. Know your abilities and train accordingly.
All of these are illegal where I live, except the phone, wallet and keys. Why is EDC so popular in the US for example? Why does he and others need the knife for example, what would be a situation where it is needed, especially since he and most others also have a pistol?. Are they just for protection from a mugging?
@@yerkkoo Hey! Thanks for watching and for your comment. That sucks these are illegal where you live. I feel like the government should not have a say on what private citizens can own. The purpose of constant carrying in the US can be quite different from the perspective you might have in a different country. To give you some context, the US 2nd Amendment was created not just for hunting and sporting, but to enable citizens to defend themselves against a tyrannical government. The US foundation was established on firearms from fighting back against Great Britain. Many Americans, including myself, carry firearms because they see it as a fundamental right, one that unfortunately isn't viewed the same way globally. If you search for "CCW CCTV footage" or look up crime statistics in the US, you'll see why some people feel the need to carry. Personally, I lived in a high-crime area during college where armed robbery and shootings were common. In the two years I lived there I heard at least five shootings. I currently live in a very low crime area but the main reason I carry is not to harm but to protect. In a worst-case scenario, like a mass shooting, I want to be able to defend myself and others. Personally, I would rather have it on me and never need to use it (which I really hope I never have to in my life) than be in a situation where I am helpless in a life or death scenario and wish I had some means of protection. While the argument that police can handle everything/ protect you from danger, immediate personal defense makes all the difference. I can draw my handgun and stop a potential threat in a matter of seconds vs. the police taking 5-10 minutes to arrive on scene. The reason for the knife is mainly for just cutting things. I’m not a knife fighter or a ninja. The last thing I cut with my knife was my biscuit I had for breakfast. The balisong is for a fidget toy and the other knife is just utility.
nice to see someone young making this type of video
Of course!
gotta stay ready !
I like that he is showing his EDC and training with his EDC.

what’s the point of the tungsten guide rod? Still learning all i can about guns and that’s still new to me
It adds non-reciprocating mass to the gun so felt recoil is less. Typically heavy pistols recoil less.

The reason for the knife is mainly for just cutting things. I’m not a knife fighter or a ninja. The last thing I cut with my knife was my biscuit I had for breakfast. The balisong is for a fidget toy and the other knife is just utility.
