- I believe I might have missed some stuff within this, I have no clue how this managed to go well over 3 hours. Took me about a day to edit, almost 2 hours to save. This is for Team Bigfoot and JconceptsLive who really wanted this one. Vote on the poll on my community page for what you wanna see next.
You should do one of these for each of the TNT champions. This one came out great! I’d love to see one for USA-1 and Equalizer too
In this video, Bigfoot 4 vs Carolina Crusher at Louisville Motor Speedway figure 8 in the semi-final round has to be without a doubt, the best Monster Truck race I have ever seen.

It’s interesting to hear the complaints that Bigfoot missed ‘89 but also missed a lot of the paydays from TNT in ‘89.
I think they didn't need TNT paydays
Bigfoot did make few appearances in 89
Thanks for the video. Even once the other teams built new-style trucks, Bigfoot was the best throughout the 90s. And they probably would have continued to win if not for the disagreement with Monster Jam and being relegated to non-televised shows. I would love to see them face off against the Monster Jam trucks someday.
Bigfoot belongs in Monster Jam in my opinion. Also, I think Monster Jam should use the old TNT points system for racing
@@cfoster81 Monster Jam would have to want an actual championship and not an invitational that focuses primarily on free style. Sadly, Monster Jam prevented Monster Truck Racing from ever becoming an actual motorsport, instead relegating these amazing machines to an entertainment industry.

I love seeing TNT Monster Truck Racing I Never had a chance to go to one but I always did my best to keep up on what was going on of all the BigFoots 4 was my favorite it was Bigfoot 4 Rick that in spird Me to won't to persewthat dream it wasn't until 2007 that I finally had a chance to go to a Monster Truck Show live but I missed all of the Pulling and Mud Bog Racing and the Monster Tank Trucks videos like This is the only way I can reconnect too My old Child hood Dream of Being a Monster Truck Driver so far the closest I ever got was helping the Driver of the instigator Ford for a promotion in front of the fiesta store near NRG I can tell you as havey as those Tires were Then they are much haver Now it was 2008 back in 2007 MTRA Rookie of the year and 2006 USHRA Pro-Stadium Points Champion 🏆 I will always remember that Thank you for the Memories of the Golden Years of Monster Truck Racing 👍🏁

Back then it wasn't all about the race, it was what was going on in the pockets of the people that had big money on the wins and losses. A LOT of the races were rigged for Bigfoot to lose. Bigfoot was such a big member of the monster truck scene that they were pushed to back off on the races to let the other drivers get up in the points. There was a point that Bigfoot brought out 2 new trucks but we're turned away from racing due to the fact that if they had , they would have dominated everything
I think it was stupid that they banned Bigfoot #8 just because the other drivers had to complain that they weren't able to figure out as good of a suspension system. I mean I do understand why they did that and it did end up making it a lot more fair for the rest of the season but still they spent a lot of time and money into making a brand new truck to destroy the competition and they weren't able to use it until everyone else was able to upgrade their trucks

imagine getting banned from a sport you created - all because you dumped all your passion, time, and resources to help it progress; only to find out a rule was made to target you and render your investments useless. :/
And then for history to repeat itself with Bigfoot not allowed to race with monster jam.
From what I understand the TNT rules at the time stated that all trucks must run automotive springs of some kind, which #8 did not. So theoretically it should never have been allowed to run at all. Evidently the issue was more with TNTs enforcement of its own rules rather than with Bigfoot itself.
@@s550racer MonsterJam, or Feld, did not want Bob videotaping .......which is outright dumb. He wanted to videotape his own truck racing, and they wanted the rights to it.
@@s550racer Bigfoot wasn't banned from Monster Jam, in fact in the early 2000's they really wanted Bigfoot to sign on with them but the caveat to their deal was basically that FELD Motorsports (Monster Jam) would assume ownership of the Bigfoot corporation and all of its assets as well as take a portion of the revenue generated by Bigfoot at Monster Jam events they also had silly little rules about not wanting Bob to film performances. It sucks because Monster Jam is like 90% the exposure monster trucks get these days. I totally understand Bob's perspective, he literally invented this sport and has put in so much work and effort to refining it. Despite all of that, Bob/Bigfoot are now regulated to racing in lesser known venues and only get about 40% of the exposure they would have got working for Monster Jam. In the end though, I'm glad Bob stuck to his principals and wasn't blinded by money.
When you watch the Myrtle Beach Race look at the 76 sign. It's gone at the end of the segment. I was there as a kid and saw the King Kong truck flip over and crush the sign and a couple of Horry County Police cars. 😆😆😆

I always found it funny that Scott Stephens complained about how advanced #8 was yet he’s running on-board computers in his truck
And he was one of the first if not the first to have radio communication with Scott and the crew chief.
Scott should have been banned just from his whining........and there was nothing special about his truck anyways.

If you look at Bigfoot 8 in a vacuum and compare it to today's trucks you may think its just another monster truck, but when it debuted it was literally the first and only tubeframe chassis truck, it was from the future

Yeah it would be the equivalent of the first Formula One car to use wings, just a monumental quantum leap in technology.
I remember hating the look of Bigfoot 8 the first time I saw it. I still prefer the older ones. I wish they would have kept the same color scheme with the newer ones.
I watched in even slower motion and that equalizer got dudded, he got that takeoff perfect it was not too early
It's funny how they banned Bigfoot 8 until the competition could catch up but in reality, Equalizer was already there and the next truck to come close to Bigfoot 8 was the new Carolina Crusher which didn't come out until the very end of the season. Which makes me wonder why even ban 8 if the closest thing to it didn't come out until the last few weeks of the year.
I believe the real truth about the kill box debacle with The Equalizer will never be known.
There are hints to there being other issues, but the blame goes to the kill box. Who knows?

I have not. However, every few days, there are polls on the community page that you can vote on. One day for which promotion and the next day which truck and year in that promotion. Grave Diggers 1992 PENDA Points Series season will be the next one in a few days, but TNT will always be on the polls if you wanna keep a lookout.
