You are the tops as a teacher, the way you explain everything and how you repeat the starting and ending procedures which are so important if you don’t want the mess of threads on the back if you don’t pull up your threads and HOLD them….why sewing machines do that is beyond me but prevention is the best remedy. The tacking in place is something I have always been doing so that made my day! Thank you for this great video and now can I order this kit and how much is it? Thank you so much!
Thank you so much, glad it helped! The walking foot is $129.95, and the extra guide package is $95. You can give us a call at 302-764-9033 and we can take care of the order over the phone for you.
I have the Baby Lock Brilliant and have wanted the Dynamic Walking Foot for a long time but was told it wouldn't fit my machine. I noticed that you also have the Brilliant model. Do you sell that walking foot?
This is a wonderful video. You were music to my ears. I have a Baby Lock machine the Rachel model. Will it work on my machine? Also, can I use the double needle with this foot? Thank you!
What was the device you used to unscrew the screw when putting the walking foot on? I have arthritis and am always looking for things that might work for me.
This is a wonderful video, thank you so much I have a baby lock machine I’m new to quilting and haven’t purchased a walking foot yet after watching this video I will be purchasing one. Mine is Presto 2 will it work on my machine? Again I love your video
just got this foot and I found I had to adjust the thread tension to get a good stitch. The only problems are that sometimes I get loopy stitches, and also in reverse mode, the top stitches get wonky after about an inch. ANy advice?
If you're getting very big loops underneath your fabric, rethread the top of the machine making sure that your presser foot is up and the needle is in the highest position. When sewing make sure that your presser foot is down, as sometimes its hard to see. A walking foot really doesn't want to go in reverse for more than inch, why are you going back so far? I would recommend instead changing your stitch length to 0, and stitching 4-5 stitches in place in order to know your stitch.
You can switch the guide also on the regular walking foot but you have to buy it , it does not come with it. I put a line with blue painters tape for the first row. Hate to use those pens….just in case they don’t disappear as they are supposed to.
What a very informative video. Definitely getting that walking foot!
Bravo! This is, by far, the best presentation on the qualities of a walking foot. Clear and concise…
Thank you so much Carol!

Hi do you know if the bar guide will work in the ankle not just the walking foot.
Please tell me where you got that screwdriver, what came with the machine is too short and is difficult to use.
Unfortunately this screwdriver is no longer available from our distributor =(
What is the difference between this walking foot and the regular one? I have the Presto 2
This walking foot has multiple sole options, as well as allows you to physically sew backwards.
