I had to buy this walking foot yesterday because the original walking foot (as awesome as I thought it was) was just not giving me good results all the time and I knew it was the foot and not me. After watching a couple of videos on it I'm not sure I'll ever take it off! I do mostly quilting and after using it on quilting and binding a baby quilt yesterday I am no longer worrying about the money it cost. It's worth every stinking penny I spent, this tool is a game changer. You can also stitch in reverse with it and it does a much better job with decorative stitches.
@Chris Tyron, this is one of the most informative videos I’ve ever watched. I’ve owned this foot since it came out I and learned more it from you than I thought was to know, especially about the second package being available! I am looking forward to finding more of your videos because it’s as if you’re sitting right next to me sharing your knowledge and excitement!
I've been using this walking foot for a couple of days now to quilt my latest quilt. The one problem that I have with it is that the screw that holds it onto the shank loosens up while the machine runs. So you have to remember to tighten that screw often while sewing. Other than that, I do like this accessory, especially the stitch in the ditch foot. I use that to follow the lines that I have put on the fabric and it helps to keep the stitches straight.
Best tool I ever bought for my soprano! Actually bought the brother brand which is exactly the same as the baby lock only because I don’t have a baby lock dealer close by.
Brother and Babylock are made in the same factory, so it's not surprising that the dynamic walking foot sold by the two is the same. I also have the Brother one and it's great!
just got this foot and I found I had to adjust the thread tension to get a good stitch. The only problems are that sometimes I get loopy stitches, and also in reverse mode, the top stitches get wonky after about an inch. ANy advice?
Great information Chris. Is there any where I can get an instruction sheet for my walking foot? The only one in the box was talking about the extra feet, but nothing about attaching the foot. I did buy the extra feet and it has the same instruction sheet that's in my walking foot box.

I tried to use the dynamic walking foot on my Crescendo and the foot wouldn't go completely down on the stitch plate. Do I need some kind of extension ankle?
The dynamic walking foot should be compatible with your machine. Please reach out to our consumer support hotline for help: 1-800-313-4110 or email at productsupport@babylock.com.
I looked on babylock site and it doesn’t show my Allegro as a machine that this foot works with. What would work with my machine since I didn’t get a walking foot with the purchase of my machine?
Here is the right walking foot for the Allegro. babylock.com/accessories/sewing-feet/walking-foot-1 See more compatible accessories here: babylock.com/machines/quilting/allegro/accessories
Thanks for your patience. It should work with the previous model Espire. This is the regular walking foot compatible with that machine: babylock.com/accessories/sewing-feet/walking-foot-1
I don't see any replies to none of the questions that was asked on here! Is anyone responding because I would like to know can this be used on the Brilliant and the Allegro

Hi, I would like to know which Brother brand model did you buy? Thanks from Montreal, Canada
@@suzannedansereau6933 it just says dynamic walking foot. Not sure which brother brands they would be.
@@suzannedansereau6933Brother's dynamic walking foot is only one model, for 7mm sewing machine if i'm not mistaken

Why is she using that foot on a machine that takes the dual w/f ???
Because you can not use all the decorative stitches with the digital walking foot.
Will this work on the Vesta ?
Hi Heidi, yes this foot will work with the Vesta.
