Do you still highly recommend it? I bought a brand new Juki f400 and returning it after only 48 hours. Nothing but problems. Makes me leery of buying another computer machine. Does this give you any problems?? Especially denim and needle breakage? Thanks
@SaltMinerOU812 100% recommend it. I wouldn't if I didn't love all 3 of my machines. I recommend Moore's sewing center. They ship for free and of financing for 1 year or longer! That helps a lot..
Great information for those that have a Brilliant. However you guys don't have any in stock online, you can't even pre-order one! Pretty much can't find any from the genuine collection anywhere. Only thing available is in the thousands, out of my price range. (: And I have no interest in other substandard machines, particularly from box stores
Love your videos and presentation. I just bought my Brilliant and picked it up today, before total lockdown. What a wonderful thing to have so I can get to know it! Will be looking for more of your videos, thank you!
Can I ask how it's working after this 2 years? I've had bad luck with a new juki and I'm leery about a computer machine now. I need something that will sew denim without problems.
I have the Brilliant and love it. I have noticed some times when I push the automatic thread cutter it won’t cut the bobbin. Am I doing something wrong?
I am a new at machine embroidery . I just git a Baby Lock Vere. when I try to use it, it will go about an inch or just a little more, then stand still in one place. what am I doing wrong? I have checked the threading and I just can't figure it out. Thank you for your help.
i have had my brilliant for 1 year (sewing for 10) and i just realized this entire time sewing my tension has been off. bobbin always shows on top and i can pull threads out even with 2.0stitch length..i just checked one of my first projects and fabric just pulls apart :'(
Can you show a babylock sewing embroidery machine with at least a 6x10 hoop must sew and embroidery. Must stitch 800 stiches per min at least for embrodiery. I would love to see what you have. Hope it has 4x4 5x7 and 6x10 hoops. Price 999.00 to 1499.00 do you have anything. I'm looking to replace my babylock Ellago that I have had since 2007 it died about a week ago while mask making and i'm super sad.
a wonderful explanation - so much easier to understand than the cryptic user manual
Great video. I am hoping to purchase a Brilliant soon. Thank you for the lesson!
I got my baby lock Brilliant and a few weeks later I also got the Vibrant Serger! I love both of them! Great machines-I highly recommend Baby Lock!

Hi I’m looking at a Aventura 2 I think it’s a 2017. What do you think a good price would be for that machine? I just can’t find any information

I wish we could see the screen because your instructions don't mean anything if we cannot see what buttons you are pressing.
Thanks for the tutorial, however I couldnty see anything you werer doing. Camera is too far back.
YOU need to show the screen better…
Nice presentation but please use correct grammar!
