Just a month and a half ago there was a storm here and I was driving and a enormous tree fell about 10 or 12 feet in front of me , in the roadway. I am blessed by the grace of God to still be sitting here writing this, because it would have flattened my car like a pancake.

Funny how no reporter ever goes down east, like Eastport. Schoodic Point would have been perfect, wide open ocean to England and 40 foot ledges, usually it sprays right over the ledges in bad weather. Most reporters went to the beaches in southern Maine 15 miles north of New Hampshire, The storm really didn't even do anything there.
