I'm sure it's happened once somewhere, but 99% of time it's male guards trying and succeeding at forcing or coercing the female inmates they have control over. I've never read a story about a lesbian guard forcing a chick, but ok, let's say it's happened once somewhere. You'd sill see 99% of these stories vanish instantly if you stopped letting the wolves guard the chicken coop. Not saying all guards are bad, but there's too much temptation to abuse authority when you literally have a captive audience

They were carrying on a relationship and she became pregnant so this is the story they’re going with. MDCR was trying to cover this up as a lot of their staff members are dirty. I called this when the news first aired.
He obviously is not a lady's man on the outside. He probably figured since they are criminals, they could freely abuse them and not much would happen. Any jailer should lose all benefits and get double the time that a citizen should get, in order to keep things tight. I would say that they should increase the pay, but this was not about that - this time.

Inmates legally cannot have consensual sex with the guards. This is why the guard is in so much trouble. You sign a contract when you get hired that you'll never ever do this. His lack of self control is the only issue here.
