Can u please tell When did you travel there? I’ve heard it's snowing and conditions might be risky. I'm planning a trip soon and wanted to get some insights on whether it's safe now

I did it on 1st December. It does snow after Christmas but the army regularly clears the road. Perfectly safe in a 4x4.
