Thanks, Nick! Can't wait to make more content!
1:01 That's so FKING SICK!!!!
Damn dude. Nice build. Steve V did my entire build for the low price of 20k lol. Mine has a stock rotating assembly. TE 60 turbo, TA headers, 3inch down pipe l, pypes 2.5 exhaust, turbotweek chip, LEDs on all the internal light, Casper electronic board replacement, window racer, razor alcohol injection. High output fuel pump, hotwire fuel pump kit, bigger injectors. 20psi of boost, fuel pressure regulator. 11.5 quater mile capable which translates to about 500hp. I bought mine in 2019. I got the turbo bug so bad that i bought a 92 gmc typhoon. It has a fully built motor and transmission. It has been with this guy who is doing a maxxecu upgrade and delete of the stock ignition system and is getting a complete built racing harness. The truck is still awd. I don't have the heart to LS swap it. I'm trying to keep it around 400 to 450hp until I do a 4l80e transmission swap.
That is awesome, I wish I didn't go this far with mine sometimes....your combo is perfect for the streets while maintaining a lot of reliability.
I love Typhoons, some day I will own one.
@@Eastcoastgarag3 If you find a syclone or typhoon remember anything above stock and that ignition system will not hold. That analog distributor and turbo doesn't play well above stock horsepower. I had been trough 10 to 15 ignition control modules. The GN in my opinion is a better set up for power than the 4.3 vortec. The 200r4 is a stronger transmission when built than the 4L60/700r4. Even built people have problems out of the 700r4. I won't be tracking it at all. When I 1st got it a guy had one of the original v8 Ford raptors. We were at a traffic light and I blew his doors off leaving at the traffic light. That awd ain't no joke plus it's a small suv only weighing about 3800lbs. I have a video of it running on my channel before I took it. I installed some LED headlights.
You've taken good care of that car! Keep it up!
Exhaust sounds great
@@Bryan-FAA-certified thank you!
Awesome build dude!
That machine is mint ✨
Thanks bud!
Intro 🎉🎉❤
Nice car real clean
I appreciate it, yours looks real nice too!
Beautiful car…I have an 84 and I am just learning. The EGR solenoid went out and it was hard to find a replacement. The high end of the turbo sputters and Im hoping thats it.
Thank you. If your issue still exists, I would suspect the ignition module or coils.
109 block will eventually break. I've owned 6 GNs since 87. Currently running a TA performance aluminum v6 block making 1100hp. Recently ran 8.78@158mph
It will be fine. There are so many 109 blocks running in the 8s just fine with the right hard parts and good tune.
@Eastcoastgarag3 I've seen dozens if them explode over the years. This isn't my first rodeo. I worked with Duttweiler for 10 years and trust me it will break. But hey you got it all figured out.
You destroyed it
By modifying it?
