She looks a real ‘storybook’ horse! So much better to be safe than sorry and, in times when so much is instant, it’s a great exercise in the glories of anticipation!
Love that all the stars aligned for you all, especially excited for Coco and looking forward to seeing Coco ride her and find out her name. Also, when you stopped at Tebay services, the Fells you were talking about, are where I gather my sheep off from. Finally, HaPpY BiRtHdAy to Simon 🎉xx
Another lovely vlog, the horse looks a beauty! Thanks for the feedback on Purdy & Figg, I'm going to go ahead and purchase them seeing as you've given them your seal of approval :) . Belated birthday greetings to Simon, hope you all had a lovely weekend up in Scotland.
Your road trip is looking wonderful. Hope all continues to go well. Love the chickens’ names. Ours are Tilly, Trissy and Beep Beep. Tilly is an old lady now and is beginning to slow down but the other two are about one year old. I’m a great believer in fate. If something is meant to be it will be. It’s actually a nice outlook to have as I don’t get too anxious when things don’t go the way I had planned. I look forward to seeing next week’s vlog and what you have been doing up in Scotland. My diary has arrived. Thrilled with it. Many thanks. XX
Gorgeous vlog as usual. My Saturday morning indulgence with a cuppa. Love seeing you drive on the same side of the road as we do! (I was so happy about that when I visited the UK.) Reliving my childhood about living in the country with all your ‘horsey’ tales, the dogs and the chickens! 😂💕 Big hugs Sweetie. Xx
Have a marvelous time! Congratulations on your new horse and very best wishes for safety and enjoyment! By the way your lovely chickens made me wonder whether you are familiar with "Love Among the Chickens" by P. G. Wodehouse? I find it hilarious and purchased a copy for my eldest son, as it has a strong gung-ho spirit, "Don't give up when it's hopeless, love conquers against all odds."
Love your chickens 🐓 names❤ we called ours Maisie, Muffin & Millie. We love ours too ❤ great news about your horse. Hope you have a fab time in Scotland. We live in the Scottish Highlands 💙
I always love your road trips to Scotland, such a beautiful country! congratulations on the horse, you seem happy and relieved it all worked out. Happy Birthday to Simon. Thank you as always for sharing all the goodies. Love the Musto jacket and they have a sale on at the moment.
How exciting your new mare looks very smart, her paces looked really good will Coco be doing jumping and or dressage? Agree love Mustos too. Shall look forward to seeing her at home. Another to muck out or will you be losing one? Have a good break in Scotland.😊
Gosh Charlie, I actually let out a little shriek when I saw the new horse - so much like two beautiful souls that I have ridden over the years, first kindly Fanfare and then later the sweet natured Ferida. Both were about 15.2hh. Maybe it is something about chestnut mares, but those two certainly had lovely personalities too. Coco must be so thrilled and I wish her every joy and every success with the new additon to the Gray herd! Are you going to keep Hooch at home? x
