Hello! As you could probably tell by my community post (about asking you guys which song I should use for an edit of Barry and Caitlin with), I made another #SnowBarry music video! Yay!! So, I used a lot of scenes from Season 1, 2, 5-pretty much every season. I really wish Barry and Caitlin will be together. Like, come on. Danielle and Grant have such great on-screen chemistry; it's just crazy. And the reason why I thought of the song "Home by Phillip Phillips" was because Caitlin Snow will always be Barry Allen's home. Caitlin's home will always be STAR Labs, but what is the reason why she goes to STAR Labs? Yup. You got it. To go see Barry. I know this will get a lot of dislikes or something, but this is my ship. I ship them. I do. I also ship SnowStorm (Ronnie and Caitlin). Both ships will never happen, I know. :(( Changing from sad to happy, I hope you enjoyed this exciting video! You gotta give the props to this show for creating two shipps that are both so loved by the community. Even being a Westallen, I really appreciate Snowbarry. Caitlin has always been there for Barry and so has he been there for her. I'm glad to see how much these characters have grown together.

Hello. I’m not here to start a fight. I would just like to hear why you guys like Barry and Iris more? I don’t see it as well but I’d love to hear why you guys ship it. Thanks
M Meiresonne Well, I ship Westallen simply because Barry has been in love with Iris since they were kids. I think that the ship has such great chemistry and scenes. As well as, I think season three brought them even closer together. I did used to ship Snowbarry but they aren’t going to happen and the sparks aren’t really there anymore. As well as, Barry and iris have a daughter so that storyline brought the ship even closer together. And as Barry said, “You’re my lighting rod, Iris.”, “Without Iris West, there is no Flash.”
I like their friendship and I admit that there were moments where Iris annoyed me with how dense she was about Barry's affection for her in s1 and s2, but ultimately I can't see Barry with anyone but Iris. I really do love their relationship and I think Grant and Candice have amazing chemistry. It's really a shame that so many people hate the TV Iris because of the color of her skin. All of that being said, I do think that Barry and Caitlin have a great friendship and I think this video was a beautiful tribute to their relationship.

@Diaz Alexandra Nowhere did I say that all Iris haters are racist, but you have to acknowledge that there is a % of people who dislike Iris because of her race and who have said racist things about Candice online. If you can't acknowledge that, then maybe you should examine why it is that you don't want to.
@Diaz Alexandra People have said racist things about Danielle? I'm confused if that is the case then sure, but I haven't seen anybody say anything racist about Danielle or say that they can't stand Caitlin/Killer Frost b/c of the color of her skin or say that she shouldn't have been cast in the role because she's a different race than her comic book counter-part (she isn't). Look I'm saying that I love Barry and Caitlin's friendship and bond & I love Barry & Iris's romantic relationship & bond. I also love that they're a biracial couple at the heart of the series b/c aside from Olivia and Fitz historically there really haven't been that many on TV at the heart of a show and diversity is important in both reel and real life. I appreciate the fact that the casting directors chose the best actresses for the roles regardless of the races of the comic book characters in the same way Julie Plec made an olive skinned brunette from Bulgaria her Elena when the books described a fair-skinned blond-haired blue-eyed Elena. None of that changes what I posted originally and will continue to stand by which is that it's disgraceful and a real true shame that _SOME_ people hate Iris b/c of the race of her actress and _SOME_ people who ship Barry & Caitlin & who have expressed distaste for the TV Iris have done so in a racist manner suggesting that their issues with Iris and their inclination to ship Barry with the other female lead, who is white is conflated with their feelings about race and inter-racial couples. _SOME_ is not _ALL_ but if someone pointing out that some Barry/Caitlin shippers also hate Iris for racial reasons upsets you then I don't know what to tell you.

I only see a great friendship. I wish I didn't hate Danielle Panabaker and the Snowbarry fandom but I do. A lot of them are racist and mean and rude. And it puts me off enjoying the friendship between Barry and Caitlin, because people want to turn this friendship into a great romance that they made up in their minds.
