T3 have one of the best scenes of all the movies, its the one close to the end when they are in the hangar, when the terminator grabs connor and connor says "you dont have to do this, you dont want to do this" and the T replyed "desire is irrelivent, i AM a MACHINE", can rewatch that scene several times with loud audio :P
One of my all time favorite movie, used to watch this lot back in the teenage days.

Yeah.. Terminator 3 a kinda a bit weird..on Terminator 2.. His mom already old.. And john got kid that time....( if u get to watch the uncut movie ) not in terminator 3..which his mom die after few years..meaning this continue after they blow the place and kill T-1000 and end there...no uncut version...which will make more sense

animatronics/robots, production, direction..a perfect storm of a film.

@@thekellyartist3083 ...It's been awhile, aha. I have not seen it, since it originally aired. The show was solid. But maybe ran too long and the actor for John was eh. Summer Glau and Barbara Hershey were great..the Chromartie guy way overstayed his welcome. So..kind of a hit and a miss, for moi.
This was the first film I ever worked on. I was part of the 2nd unit crew... and also worked part-time clapper loader on principal shoot. 20 years later im still film crewing.
If that's true then good work being part of it because I loved it...I was 8 years old at time when I watched it on the big screen within the UK...and back then I'd never thought I would one day have a the chance to chat with Kristanna Loken AKA the the T-X which eventually happened...She responded to me on cameo app by sending a video of herself answering to my questions...she was very nice.

9:46 Nice touch with the T-1s and all but I would have liked a shout out to the T2:3D show at Universal Studios Florida and see them be up to the T-70s by then.
Um besser zu verstehen was ich da sage, es gibt diese Terminatorserie "SCC" in der in fast jeder zweiten Folge wieder diese saucoole Wirkung und Atmo drinn ist! Das Chasting = Perfekt! Das Talent immer anwesend! Bitte schaut euch diese fantastische Serie an und erkennt wie Hollywood alles früher oder später zertrampelt, was uns lieb und heilig geworden ist!

Fact: Filming took place in California in April 2002 and ended in September of that year. Industrial Light & Magic and Stan Winston created the special effects, as they did for the previous film.
in term of quality it's not even match T1 and T2 but compared to other sequel this movie is the best sequel. if only Furlong reprised the role of Connor here.. I believe people won't complain much.
what noticable is the ending. it has to be a loop. since Terminator is about a looping story, the end is the most perfect amongst all other sequel

yeah he doesn't have to express any emotions, just wearing some leather pants and jacket, holding a shot gun and look badass. by any measure it's perfect!
Not showing any emotion whatsoever is freaking hard actually. And it still does take a lot of effort from the actor

I currently live in Flagstaff and one day saw a crane operation vehicle like the one in the movie. I was so stoked! I was blabbering to my partner about this scene in the movie and when I first saw the film back in '03. I was like 10. Such an amazing experience also it was deeply underrated. Also the fight scene between Terminator and T-X is the coolest
Kristanna is the best T3 i like all her role especially in the lexus the dress she wear looking all great all of them are great good
T3 will never came close to both T1 & T2 but seeing BTS like this, all their effort, esp those T-1 models robots, made me appreciate this movie even more..
they tried to get Ed Ferlong to reprise the role of John Connor but he didn't want to do it. I wasn't that impressed by the movie but AS is such a badass and Kristana Loken was the 2nd best part of this film for me.
I thought he didn't do it because he's a drug-addict, so they dropped him despite wanting him to clean up his act and do it.
@@xybervox He didn't do it because he knew it wasn't going to be good enough to follow T2. He was correct. T3 was the beginning of the the end for this franchise.
Furlong was originally supposed to reprise his role as John Connor but was dropped due to a substance abuse problem.

What I didn’t enjoy about this film was how it ended. They were trying to prevent the end of society, only to find it was inevitable. I do wish that there had been an alternate ending to the film where they did it, preventing Judgment Day. That might’ve been great.

It's a pity they didn't have the full rights when they made Terminator 3. According to an old sci-fi/horror magazine I still have, they had to change some parts, due to the rights being shared between two parties. I presume that's why the T-800 incorrectly referred to itself as a "T-101" (instead of Cyberdyne Systems Model 101, T-800). The "goliath" HK tanks were missing, the flying HKs were different and so were the time spheres.
All the Terminator movies since Terminator 2 obviously used parts of the official novels.
The T-X in Terminator 3 is a character from "Terminator 2: The New John Connor Chronicles" novels. In the books, the character is called "T-XA" (The hyphen may be in a different position). The first of the John Connor novels came out in 2002.
The John Connor novels also contain "upgraded" people from the future. Those characters ended up being used in Terminator: Dark Fate.
The novel "T2: Infiltrator" (2001) has the scene where the T-X (as a different character name in the novel) remotely took control of the vehicles. The book actually has a lot more to that scene than Terminator 3.
There are other scenes and characters in the other novels that also feature in various Terminator movies. One part I'd love to see in a future (no pun intended) Terminator movie is Skynet's armoured (and armed) train!
All the Terminator novels are well worth reading. There are about ten or so books and I have them all! 🙂

Everybody were cool,especially Arnold Schwarzenegger(T-850) and Kristanna Loken(T-X),they were living in these roles,and in my opinion-they were coming to each other so well,therefore I was thinking sometimes,what if they would fall in love with each other;marry each other,and fight together !!!

I never understood why Arnold says that the evil Terminator was to kill Kate's father, when he was the one responsible for starting Skynet. Never makes sense to me, but it gets them moving to find him, I guess...
Saw this in a German theatre so the audio was dubbed which totally sucked but the crane scene on a big screen was a hoot. Audience got excited and so did my German ex hihi

I actually liked this film, very much as well.
And yes, the crane truck chase seen was freaking awesome 😎!!!! I believe, the studio, didn't want to shoot it, due to cost, and Arnie staked a Portion of the cost for that scene out of pocket... Back when he was still a "Great American"... Not like later, when he told me, and everyone who didn't want the government, forcing needles in our arms, or else.. And Arnie's response, was to me, and everyone else, quote "Screw your Freedom" .... Lost all respect for him afterwards..

I think I heard years ago somewhere that after filming, the cast and crew would be tired and want to go to bed, but Arnold would go back and bang out the iron for 2 hours.
Nowhere near as great as the first two, but still easily the best of the rest, overall a good movie imo and i always watch it when i've watched 1 and 2. The rest isn't really worth a rewatch.

The actor who played John Connor looks like he’s going to laugh all the time…not very convincing and he absolutely doesn’t look like John Connor. This totally ruined the movie for me when I watched it in the Theater. The beginning is quite cool and the end as well, The girl who plays the bad terminator is excellent but the rest looks like a tv show.
