Your review is spot on. i have used this shampoo for 2 months and i realised initially it was a mild one which was useful for cleansing the scalp but later on it caused hair fall.
The reason why your hair is falling is because while sulphate free shampoos are great for preventing dryness of scalp and maintaining its ph, they don't cleanse as well as sulphates do. This can cause product/oil/dirt build up over a period of time that weakens the roots and causes hairfall. Which is why it is important to use sulphate shampoos once or twice in a month to clear all the dirt and sulphate free shampoos on an otherwise regular basis.
i have tried just herbs amla neem shampoo that was v good...in affordable option wow red onion black seed oil shampoo was good..it has lot of hair conditioning ingredients
