It's bad. Real bad. However, 6:10 is a sure touchdown for a high school QB. The first read is wide open from 20 yards away with plenty of end zone room and Mac underthrows him by about 7 yards with zero pressure in his face. He panicked at the sight of a defender, throws off his back foot for no reason, and puts an absolute floating duck right into the defender's chest. A touchdown that turns into a pick off an awful throw, with a bad read, bad footwork, and minimal defensive pressure that could have even been lessened further by altering the protection a bit (what the RB does here isn't very productive)--just failure in all areas from the QB spot.

After watching this, I have ZERO idea why Kendrick Bourne or Nelson Agholor even lasted a full season in the NFL. Even with how bad they are, the INT at 4:27 is HORRENDOUS and I think shows that Mac Jones just doesn't have the arm strength needed. Infinite time in the pocket but rolls out because he can't get the ball down field without a running start which allows the pass rush to get to him, then throws to the other side of the field after staring that way for 2 seconds. 6:45 is another HORRIBLE INT, open WR for first down and he is staring that way as that is where the play is designed to go but inexplicably doesn't throw until the DB is able to get there. The rest are bad decisions but nowhere near as bad as these 2.
He makes bad decisions, has narrow vision, and has a weak arm. As a result, he tries to force the ball where it shouldn’t go, and his ball is so often floated, that it’s easy to make a play on. He is easily baited by a defender.

😂 bro shouldn't even be in the league.
@6:10 THE ABSOLUTE WORST‼️ And the play Patriot Nation ran for the exits on Mac. Clean pocket, plenty of time, Mike Gesicki WIDE open for a TD, throws a soft duck yet again off his back foot directly into the defender’s hands.
Mac Jones was a baller at Bama, how he’s developed in the NFL is heartbreaking to watch. Like a slow motion train wreck, you feel so bad but can’t stop watching.
Sometimes I feel bad for Mac Jones but then I realize that remember how entertaining it is 😂
Uncle Rico wouldn’t have thrown those interceptions
I mean to be fair a lot of these are due to how shitty the pats' receiving corps are
The fact that he’s only started for 3 years and he already has 7 minutes and 47 seconds worth of interceptions is alarming.
In the beginning of the video his receivers messed it up by not catching it and bouncing off their hands, but by middle to the end you start thinking that he may be color blind or had a concussion and forgot which team he plays for or how to throw the ball
XFL bound
He could succeed there.
@MicahGivens-cn9po he would succeed at possibly working at a McDonald's... (possibly)
First one minute of the video we’re deflecting pics 😂😂
Stinky Macaroni and cheese jones
Most of these were because the receivers bobbled it. I'm not a Mac Jones fan, but he doesn't have much help out there from his offensive line.
Seeing the Patriots franchise crumble is poetry. *Chef’s kiss*
Not really poetry, more like inevitable.
Me: "Okay, we're starting to see some really bad ones, the video must be almost over"
The time: still only 3 and a half minutes in
The Patriot dynasty seems like a distant memory
He honestly throws a good ball I hate to say it. If he had even slightly better weapons and a competent coaching staff I fully believe he could be a functional starting QB.
The Saints play in a different conference and like a quarter of these were to them lol
Look I´m not Patriots fan at all and I don´t like Bellichick and that whole franchise, but I feel sorry for Mac Jones. Is it really necessary to make a Video like that? Maybe he´s just not ready to be a starter yet, maybe he just needs a year or two as a backup somewhere else?
Yeah I feel bad for him too, this was definitely his childhood dream and now it’s slipping away from him. With a few years as any teams backup QB there’s a chance he’ll improve and get more time on the field someday. Thanks for the comment though, your empathetic opinion needs to be heard more often! (I’m also working on gathering the clips for every Mac Jones running-play, which is a more positive perspective on Mac)
mac sucks donkeyballz. leaf > mac
Seriously? He's a grown man that gets paid a lot of money to throw the ball to his team. He sucks at it.
@@jodyfoster9278part of it is that he has had a new offensive coordinator each year and it shows, when he gets pressured he panics and tries to throw the ball up instead of taking sacks or throwing it away to the sideline
@@bobishumin4853 Listen Edlemans comments about him having different coordinators, he said that McDaniel and Obrien's offense is almost identical, and Patricia's offense was basically the same thing. But if you watch the video you'll notice the biggest thing is that Jones throws picks regardless of who the OC is.
Doesnt hurt to remind your receivers that they arent playing volleyball.
"Goddamn that was awful... what the hell, there's 4 minutes left in this video??"
Borne is a great receiver. He lead team in recieving until well after his injury.
He makes bad decisions, has narrow vision, and has a weak arm. As a result, he tries to force the ball where it shouldn’t go, and his ball is so often floated, that it’s easy to make a play on. He is easily baited by a defender.
This is a great video. Terrible interceptions. But a great video
Mac Jones has Gunslinger mentality but is loaded with a Ghinsu in the fight
The first few mins really put into perspective that not all interceptions are the QBs fault, but a 8 MIN VIDEO IS SOOO SAD FOR A 3 YEAR QB LMAO
The funniest part is when the camera man thinks the receiver caught it, and then they just violently zoom in to someone booking it the opposite direction lmao
