Amiga que chile en hojuelas es? Aquí en mi pueblo hay muchas variedades y tenemos una salsa macha muy parecida, sin el gengibre
Hola Roxy! Este es un chile seco coreano, me encanta usarlo porque es de muy buena calidad y viene sin las semillas. Pero puedes usar el que mas te guste, intenta conseguir uno sin las semillas si es posible. Saludos!
