    Hi, I have read in some comments in your videos that you train for armwrestling 7 times x week and you do the top roll workout once a week. Can I ask you what is your full training schedule for the week? Thank you! (btw nice video! subscribed ❤)

      I do 2 days of pronation and riser singles then 2 days of chest/back and arms/shoulders then 1 day of pronation training and 1 day of cupping training then 1 day of arm wrestling.
