Was wondering if you could also make a video about recovering from injuries or how to strengthen for them. I’m a year older than you and wanting to be able to get back to playing pain free eventually. Thanks
Hi Ken thanks a lot! It’s a very comprehensive topic to prevent injuries. I will cover soon a part 2 of the best tennis exercises. Strength in the posterior chain is definetly a major key. Check out my Fitness Course I cover everything from warmup to plyometrics and lifting there

this guy is playing amazing for 44 yrs old... (I remember playing a futures with him in Harlingen TX Feb2003, I made it farther then him in the doubles (and I was not as good as him) lol
When Berrer won that 2nd and 3rd set 6-3 6-4 to beat Nadal in Doha 2015, he had lost their previous sets played 6-1 6-2 6-0 6-1 6-1. Amazing turnaround!
Great match. How fast u think his average first serve was? 160? yet you had more trouble with his serve then he with your faster serve. He had great returns.
Yes I’d say a bit faster around 180 but it shows how important placement is. He is a master at anticipation and put me in big trouble with the low returns

Berrer got one kinda backhand. Variation in shots placement decimeter or on the baseline and low slices and his kickserve aces not bad! WP!! nice matchup! Strategicly he might got even better over the years

Berrer is very solid. His backhand, which looks like a weakness in the pros is very solid otherwise.
Yes he doesn’t miss and makes you play low percentage shots
