Great headset BUT they are pretty heavy i had to refund mine cause i got headaches from the uncomfy headband and the weight pressing down on my head
Lmao 😂 bro get a grip. No way your neck is that weak that you can’t wear a pair of headphones 😂😂😂😂
@@HungAF Never said anything about my neck learn to read man
These are more comfortable than my 2.700 dollars HifiMan audiphile headphones.
Those pads make my ears itchy, maybe I'm allergic lol
Nice sir.... When you do your sound test when you did your you're saying it's got a AI technology, is it any chance that you can do it with the second part of it so what's your typing and see if the the mic cancel that keyboard sounds please .. 😊
it looks like you almost maxxed out the headstrap height when you put it on. doenst look like it would be good for anyone with a bigger head
You can adjust the head strap even more because of where it's screwed into the headband. It has 2 other places you can screw it in to
They don't play loud enough and randomly sound muted in power dvd and i have all other drivers for sound disabled. Good sound quality and soundstage but i want to return them and buy something else
Do your research from other users what problems had with this headphone and not only hear positive side because they also have a really bad side that none of the reviewers said nothing about
Software is nothing special .
Planar units are awesome but all the unit have really bad execution trying to do a lot of things and at the end mess all things up
I really want to return them back after 4 days of listening music and playing a lot of hours of gaming
Can you use xbox version of this headset with pc?
@@gerd9487 yes
Mine just went silent on one side
got this head(ps version)it was pretty good but if you got a decent headset its not worth it to upgrade
Which version is compatible with PC? I only see playstation and xbox
both versions are compatible with windows
Did you change any settings when you did the mic test? I only ask, because you have one of the best sounding mic tests for this headset review, it almost sounds like you didn't even switch between your production mic and the headset mic.
Is this a newer version ? Just asking cause you said they've got better
That why im here also. What new ?
@@chasedeluca8636 Same here. Very misleading title!
No, he added 3rd party pads and stated it made them better.
@@EverlastingMarshall you had time today
@@EverlastingMarshall 3rd party pads are shit ton better on these thou.
I don't know. I just got these and I've been messing with the EQ, but all of the presets out of the box sound super bad. I was able to fix it to a degree with a custom preset which helped to a degree. Another thing is they're a little too quiet. Don't get me wrong the audio is crisp as hell. But I honestly have to say the astro a50 gen 4s are a lot easier to set up, come with better presets, and are slightly louder granted the audio isn't as clear and the battery life sucks but at least you can plug it in and use it for anything with out really using the software
Yo Keith, fellow Bruns brother.
I have the opportunity to get a pair missing the dongle for 180.
Let me know if you're keeping yours, and have you tested with wired output.
My intention is to use with ifi go blu for gaming. Or do you want to trade something
Where have you found that deal 😫😫😫
Here in Europe they are at least 400 everywhere
@@f.f.2260 Adorama. They have more.
@@f.f.2260 its probably a used set, thats why its cheap because its missing a dongle but yeah everywhere they go for about 400 brand new
They’re great, except the side tone performance is pathetic. Crackly & noisy. I had a $30 pair of Turtle Beaches from 15 years ago that sounded nearly perfect. That said everything else is top notch.
TLDR; get new pads.,
for a 300 dollar headset the mic IMO doesn't sound that great
I agree
@@simply_marko sound is one thing but Mic quality is huge for me
@@slipk0rvayne17 play around with eq in adobe audition, it makes it bearable
It’s one of the best mics on any headset
@@KateKehoe-on6cfif it really so, I'd better grab 50$ table mic that outperforms it easily
Audeze nuts. Plz no ban me... 🥺🤣
Gottem
If the mic was better, I would have bought them.
They sound okay, is a better sounding mic more important for you in a gaming headset than the sound? Who are you tryna flirt up on with your voice
@@GoombahGoombahGoombah no one wants a shitty mic😭
thats the one reason i cant get away from my blackshark v2 pro. good sound and an awesome mic. its really hard to justify upgrading to these, but i would love a little better audio quality.
@@gmtoleo they are more than enough for communication in games/chat it's not made for broadcast or singing if you really want something better just get a real mic.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I bought on because of this video. Shame onyou sham on me ;)
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
It is still made with that crappy plastic that after one year crumbels in your fingers ? I got the penrose and after 1 year the platic started to break under the amallest stress. No thak you Audeze, not ever again I will buy a product from you.😢
Nope, metal
All-New Reinforced Chassis Built with Aluminum and Steel
Maybe watch the video
Happened to me too just recently the plastic swivel arm crumbled in the middle of a game the whole earpiece started falling off my ear the only thing holding it on was the wire.
Me neither.
Don’t buy it it’s a waste of money had them for a few months and sold them! It’s just shite get the Razer Blackshark v2 pro’s instead
Lmao😂
At least explain WHY
@@TheRealLegenDzbro is tripping hard
I did the exact opposite you high off meth if you think the Razer Blackshark is a better product its probably why you dont smile in your picture
@@triple9_ For real I tried the Blackshark V2 Pros(2023 edition) While they were better than the Corsair Virtuoso XT they had nothing on the sound level and build quality the Maxwell's have. I got the Xbox version for my PC/Xbox and the Atmos sounds better than the THX surround did for the Razer. Unless We are talking about Audio Technica or Sennheizers there isnt gaming headset that comes close to the Maxwell's. Maxwell's definitely give wired gaming headsets a good run for their money.
Save your money people! Bought them a couple months ago. We’re great for a day or two. Then they stop turning on,have to always plug them into laptop to get dongle and headset to pair. Now they’ve run down out of charge. I’ve had them on charge for an hour or so and won’t charge, won’t turn on and no light. Not to mention they start to crackle a day into having them .. save you money!!! They’re great sounding but that’s no good if you can’t turn them on!
You must have received a defective pair,
