With this workout or similar should one take days off for rest or just keep at every day?

Hey Jack! I would suggest a 3 day on, 1 day off schedule if your just getting started. I typically do something everyday, but some workouts are more and less intense and work specific muscle groups. The training programs on my website are broken down into work and rest days
