Andy's presence in the sofa was already awkward enough and rarely paid off, but now it's even worse. This is a very good example. Tom feels the need to acknowledge him and almost throws his neck - to no possible payoff whatsoever.
Andy Richter is about the only thing left that keeps the show going and he has been cut back also.

I lived in Indy when they were filming League of their Own and every day my bus would pass the field where the bus in the film was parked with it's cardboard door. There was even a flyer in the kitchen of where I worked begging for extras. Wished I participated.

a smart person knows that the view counter is stored in a different binary path then the view counter so they'll never be exact. Only the view counter is prevented from forgery or faking views. Therefore they will never be the same, ever.
