I was struck by the same thing. She's got a great smile, but it doesn't always translate into her voice. I listened to this last week on the audio podcast and she sounded very dry and monotone (which is sort of her style of course, not a criticism). It's just great that we get to see bits of the show on YT. I'm glad they film it.

I love listening to you guys when I’m at the gym, but I’d also love the option to watch the full video podcast. You have a great space and the equipment for it. I also think it would bring more viewership.

While watching I just realized the Conan Show never stopped.
I had a dream not too long ago about Conan talking to me in the podcast and then out of nowhere his hair started falling off and then he started hysterically blaming me for it. I didn’t know what to do at the time so I just started crying.

Love Tig so very very much. If you've never seen Tig Notaro "Under a Rock" please do yourself a favor and go watch all of them.
I just realized that I’m a little intimidated by Tig. I would struggle to keep up with the back and forth banter. Also, with her signature deadpan demeanor, I’m sure I would freak and overdo the jokes and come off sounding desperate. This is why I’m an introvert, I’m always thinking things through before any social interaction, which takes a lot of energy.
There's ways to manage that, with time, so you can be more relaxed 🙂 Emma McAdams gives great advice here on RUclips!
