Hey, it's me. We're playing Subnautica. Rather I'm giving you an in depth guide on how to beat Subnautica in under 9 minutes. Believe me this is the best and only guide you should watch if you're wanting to know how to beat Subnautica.
Let's be honest if you don't know what Subnautica is at this point then you must have been living under some planet sized rock but I'll tell you.
Subnautica is a survival based game set on an alien planet of which you (the main character) have crashed landed on. Surprisingly in Subnautica despite being on a country sized spaceship, you are the only survivor and must fend off creatures the size of two school buses.
Nah honestly though if you enjoy the video leave a like and subscribe because this took ages and I want to cry after it.

I totally agree! incidently, as long as you don't listen past the first four (?) messages on the radio, the sunbeam will never be shot down
I'm on my first play through and never listened to my radio messages for the first ten hours of gameplay, I had no idea it progressed the story lol
Anyways, I had all three vehicles and a ton of upgrades before I even knew the sunbeam was a thing 😂
I didnt even get the seamoth at the time of sunbeam being destroyed
Subnautica is one of those games that does horror really well despite not being a horror game. It's also one of those games that rewards the player like no other for completing it- or that was my experience as I picked it up in early development and it was years of seeing it grow before I got to have that resolution.
Yeah i always get super creeped out whenever I leave the safeshallows which is why I suck at the game because im not good at exploring. I didnt even go to meet the sunbeam

@@lukasbessette-lukyrt37 at the very least, I was atleast 70+ hours in when I beat the game, sure I had been in no rush to do it, but I then spent around 40+ hours making an awesome base after that.....

I remember the first time I launched my escape rocket at the end of the game I tried bringing my cuddle fish. I thought the capsule was used to bring stuff with me. When I started flying away and the computer said capsule launched I realized I just put my buddy in a metal tomb and launch him out of a rocket. I just turned the game off at that point 😂

Everyone says it's not as good as subnautica but if u put that aside, its enjoyable, and I was surprised. Story seems longer and things seem harder to achieve.
honestly there's things I like more and less about below zero..
preferred the silent protagonist approach of the first
preferred ALAN in the 2nd one the pda being your only real companion
preferred the seamoth and cyclops over the seatruck.. though the sea truck has some cool features
the graphics are better in below zero though the new update made the first one look a lot better and closer to the sequel.
The map was bigger and deeper in the first though the diversity in the second was good
didn't care much for the land exploration/freezing but did appreciate them trying something new.. would have been better to keep it mostly water based.
Loved learning the history and reason behind the virus and the aliens behind it all.
All in all, the first was a better overall experience but a lot of that was from it being the first to do it. The sequel is still a great game but best to appreciate it for what it is and enjoy all the extra dialogue and story in the 2nd

The fact you did the same thing that a lot of other people do when they play for the first time(filling your inventory with acid mushrooms) made me laugh, nice
no the joke is that it's 2 drugs in one shrooms and acid

In this video is the second time I hear someone being concerned about the survival of the baby sea emperors. So I guess I could share my experience...
So I continued playing the game after completing all objectives for quite a while. The only thing left to do was blast off. But I didn't do that, I just kept "beautifying" my base and exploring around. So one day I was in the Seamoth minding my own business close to the bottom... And I see a giant shadow covering mine and the bottom got dark. "Oh crap a Reaper" I think. I look up and what do I see?... One of the sea emperor babies. But grown up - bigger than a Reaper! I Moved to it with the Seamoth to have a closer look and I got too close. A single bump, 'cause I was in the way, took more than a half of my Seamoth's health. It didn't attack me I was just in it's way. So one hit of that thing is more deadly than a full Reaper attack. So don't be so concerned about them. They grow fast and get strong. ;)
Well, at leas they protect you from Reapers.
They originally had some of the grown Emperors in Below Zero, but these were dropped in later development.

That part where you needed another blue tablet and just went quiet until you finnished fabricating a new one really hit me hard 😔
How do you fabricate a blue tablet? I found one but didn't scan it. Do I have to start game over??? If so forger that lol

2nd or 3rd lifepod message has one but the grassy plateau (where the sand sharks are) is the easiest place to find seamoth parts.. if you have a repair tool in the aurora you can get 2 of the 3 fragments in the seamoth room as well
this guy got a full on cyclops before the Sunbeam, but i only got a prawn 2 hours later.

I haven't gotten the sunbeam yet due to me just flat out ignoring the radio messages, got the prawn suit after but I used the cyclops funds I put in a separate locker to make it since I still need 2 engine parts but luckily I have enough lithium for days due to the big mushroom forest tree

Since release i was hoping there would be multiplayer option. Or if you're playing with 3 or 4 people that there's another lifepod that also drops nearby. I just wanna go reaper hunting with my buddies lmao

Thank you so so mutch, i was stuck with the game for a long time and i was really mad becouse i had no clue what to do and I end up by just farming materials for the time when i will finaly found out what i have to do. Then i came across this high quality geniously made video whitch contains everithing you need to do in the ENTIRE GAME and its just 8 MINUTES long. So i found out that the only thing i should do was TO READ THE DAMN MESSAGE ON THE PDA. But thanks to you i am finaly able to continue the story, and now i know that i need to go to the lost river to do that. Thanks for the brilliant and understandably formulated video. @@NorthernBob UPDATE: I encountered a game breeaking bug at the sea emperor, she stuck in a sitting position and wont move. i created the enzyme hatched the eggs and no matter how long i wait she is just frozen in place and won't cure me i'm very upset becouse if i load in my save she is still frozen in place and i cant finish my game with 72 hours of work in that save file with my base, wich has an entire locker of every material my cyclops wich is now equal as a complete portable base my fully upgraded prawn suit and seamoth. Ah its so emberassing. guess i have to wait for a patch or something.

Very well done! No real spoilers, but certainly enough information and inside looks to encourage people to try out this magnificent game, especially as they have recently issued a major patch which incorporates some of the features of the Below Zero sequel.

Good watch. I just enjoy scavenging, and building. I haven't made an attempt at beating the game yet. I currently have a nice base built down in the lost river using nuclear power. i chose that location because I have an easy route back and forth to the lava zone. Anyway, I'm here just to see what the end looks like because chances are I'll never get around to beating it, and will just enjoy playing and surviving.

if you made it that far you can beat it in less than an hour, especially if you have the drill arm for the prawn suit.. just need to hoarde all the kyanite and nickel you can while you're down there. Grab the blue tablet like in this video make it, down to the emperor, collect the plant samples (one of the hardest parts if you don't know where to find the plants) then building the rocket isn't too bad if you corrected a lot of the deep resources so you don't have to go back and forth to the lava zone

I remember i last played subnautica 1 month ago, In that save I alr built the seamoth and was heading to the gun island thing, but then i saw a warper and just swam full speed back. The next day I decided to visit the aurora, heard a roar and instantly swam back as well. Looks like i'm not beating the game lol

Cuz even though I never did or never would have played Subnautica, I've had the (misfortune/privilege... of? lol) watching someone else play this for weeks. And watching them get their pants wet every time they bumped into some type of sea monster was however priceless! LMAO!
So... yeah, knowing what the ending looked like, was oddly satisfying! 🤣
