4:45 this would’ve made the scene more emotional in a way with all of Batman’s allies conflicting him with choices. Alfred wants Bruce to not give in while Barbara is fine with it as long as Tim’s back safe. Alfred’s tone also makes the player feel guilty in a way.
The Arkhamverse desperately needs a Soft Reboot after Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League bombed really Hard and I still want to see the Damian Wayne Batman game Revived and Reworked.

MASSIVE stretch, but Origins' end credits have Quincy Sharpe argue for the need to reopen Arkham Asylum because of the events of the game. So in a very roundabout way, Arkham Origins... is about the Origin of Arkham Asylum being reopened... yeah I know it's paper thin but hey
Well if you watch The Atomsmith's video of him playing a pre-release build of Arkham Origins there were unfinished maps of the Asylum in the files that were taken out in the final release. My best guess is that originally the final confrontation with Joker and Bane was going to take place at the abandoned Arkham Asylum instead of Blackgate Prison. My theory for why they did what they did instead of that was that maybe Rocksteady caught wind of the idea and told them not to since it might've been too similar to visiting the abandoned Asylum in Arkham Knight? Or the Asylum could've just been off limits anyway with vague reasoning since the team did say they were told they could do anything as long as it didn't step on Knight's toes. In the end your guess is as good as mine.
Studios need more time on these games! I fear the success of Spider-Man 2 is going to lead to many games falling short for the sake of quicker turnarounds
Ashes of Gotham/Arkham goes hard, Joker seemed fairly expanded and fun, Arkham Origins Blackgate had an awesome artstyle, there's some great stuff here
In a way, These Arkham games makes it feel like you are watching a live action Kevin Conroy Batman movie because we only got a live action Bruce Wayne from Kevin Conroy who was corrupted, Also I don't know if you can, But would you be able to do a video of explaining how Mystique from comic, cartoon and films can shift shape in certain parts of comic, cartoon and the films? Interesting. I always thought that random Joker playable moment in Origins was weird. I wonder if it was cut because of the Sony and Asylum exclusive deal?
I believe the Scarecrow interruption on the Batcomputer would’ve been perfect, but the problem is that the lead up to it was really poor because Batman would’ve known that Scarecrow captured Robin, so I don’t think it would be necessary to check the cameras of how it happened, and besides, Scarecrow or the goons wouldn’t be stupid enough to leave the cameras intact for Batman given that the militia did that earlier at the Clock Tower. If the execution was better, it definitely would be perfect.
With the Arkham game combat system i just never got in to it unfortunately, the storyline looks interesting though. Same reason i didn’t like the new Spider-Man games. Hopefully superhero game ls get better in terms of gameplay, ps3 wolverine game was a good example of a great licensed game

@@silenth13 that is button mashing… Or let me rephrase, the combat is just not fun with mashing 2 buttons are the “right” time to magnet to the enemies. It’s honestly as boring than a run and hide horror game.
They're action-adventure games, not technical fighters with a dozen different inputs for combos. Clearly, you misunderstand the genre, and to downplay the combat system (which was innovative for its time & had set a new standard) just goes to show how ignorant you are of the combat's true depth. You have to unlock more features to reach the combat system's true potential. Wolverine: Origins is an incredible game, but it's combat is significantly inferior to Arkham's or Spiderman's. I don't know how you can label those games as button masters & then go on to say you enjoyed an actual button masher (which there's nothing wrong with) 😂.
Joker looks way more fun and better to play as then Deathstroke which he was basically nothing but a downgraded Robin reskin.. He doesn’t even freaking use his sword at all!!! Lazy development 🤦♂️
