  • Join us as we take our self-built Campervan on a trip to Northumberland.
In part 2 we feel the full force of Storm Babet whilst camping on the Northumberland Coast, we take a drive to Craster, were we pick up some lovely smoked kippers and have a stroll around the harbour.
We then have a quick visit to a very windy Berwick-upon-Tweed but the wind and the rain proves a little to much for our filming skills.
Next we sneak across the border into Southern Scotland were we witness some fantastic waves at Coldingham Sands and then onto St Abbs were we watch the waves crashing against the rocks and harbour.
Then we visit the beautiful village of Warkworth were we spend a couple of hours exploring Warkworth Castle and the stunning Warkworth Medieval Bridge. After a superb dinner at the dog friendly Hermitage Inn we head off for a stroll on Alnmouth Beach.
    Sorry about the wind noise!

After many years of Camping and Caravanning we've decided to set out in our campervan and explore what more the British Isles has to offer - and we've brought our dog along too!
Tune in for our adventures across Wales, Scotland, Ireland, and wherever else the road takes us.
Rather than buy a ready-made motorhome, we decided to go about things the hard way by converting our Citroen Relay into a campervan. When we're not on the road, we'll also show you how we build, maintain, and repair our holiday home on wheels!
Thank you for watching, we really do appreciate every single view we get. If you want to help us out just give us a like, comment, or subscribe and you'll be making the algorithm work it's magic. Cheers!

Thanks for watching. Yes we had a good time. First time we have been to Northumberland since I think it was 1995 when we were camping in a tent in sweltering heat.

Thank you for watching our vlog on our trip to Northumberland. We are really happy that you enjoyed it. Yes there are definitely worse places to be to experience storm Babet. We did struggle filming, it is not easy in the rain and wind.
