I love the aesthetic of Stanhope’s compound and his comedy is on precipice of being brilliant yet this cast of characters feels like people you’d only hang with in post apocalyptic era.

A podcast featuring boring people would be, well, boring. I've been a fan of Doug's work for a long time and I've never heard him suggest anyone be anything except themselves, just not cunty. I haven't touched alcohol in four years, but I'd hang out. They may need someone to call the fire department or something and teamwork makes the dream work.
Love Doug. We met briefly in Tucson. Doug’s the last bastion of sanity in this insane world.

Am I missing something? Doug said he cant find anyone that will help him get work done. The kid said he is looking for work. Read the room. Doug said he needs a drink. What else does Doug say he is into? The paper? Current events? Podcast? Without him having to ask, i bet if you have another drink for him before his runs out, youd be his new bestest buddy. Make backing tracks upload to youtube. If you get familiar with the local musicians, theres always a band that needs a bassist or guitar. You could be in 3-4 bands. Remember two girls one cup got traction. Somewhere on the internet someone agrees. I hate this and i hate that no one cares
