I had my 80yo, educated in 1950s Catholic school, father in stitches yesterday watching Beer Hall Putch - BBC had a news article about a daytime "Sober Rave" & I felt compelled to play Doug talking about sober good times 😂😂

If it is an issue with cartilage, I was told by a Biomedical Engineer that caffeine harms our ability to repair cartilage (in my bad rotator cuff). The answer was cut out caffeine, eat Jello for collagen to repair the cartilage and red light therapy to activate mitochondria or something.
It seems to have worked for my rotator cuff.
Any way, you said you couldn't point at Diet Coke but maybe you can.

It won't hurt the guy to cut out caffeine and eat some jello. If it might help, why talk shit before he even tries it?

Are you fucking serious? Man, no wonder my knees used to hurt like 8 months ago. I was trying and succeeding at running half a marathon a day. And I drank coffee (still do) like a madman. This is the only good reason I've read to drop it. Thanks.

Ok, tracheomalacia can be related to Ehlers-Danlos.
"Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) is a chronic condition that can cause tracheomalacia, a condition that weakens the cartilage walls of the trachea:"
Seeing quite a few people on Xitter talking about how they've suddenly developed Ehlers-Danlos syndrome after Covid infections.
Epithelial cells are a primary target of SARS-CoV-2.
    Read:
    Stem-cell-based, tissue engineered tracheal replacement in a child: a 2-year follow-up study
It would be VERY BENEFICIAL if you did NOT acquire any respiratory disease: Covid, RSV, pneumonia, etc.
Most of these are AIRBORNE & you can decrease chances of getting these diseases by wearing an N95 or better (P100 respirator) around other people & indoors (ESPECIALLY in a medical setting where there are sick people). Make your HCWs wear protective masks around you (no saggy blues!).
If your friends love you, they'll wear masks around you to protect you. F#ck their political beliefs.

There's a genetic flaw in my ma's side of the family that causes paralysis our vocal chords. The vocal doesn't open when we breathe in nor does it close when we swallow. As a result, we can't get a [proper breathe. They even identified the faulty gene. Of the surviving members of my ma's family, 3 of us have had tracheostomies. This by-passes the blocked airway and lets us breathe but Alex's symptoms seem different.
