This character is and always will be my favourite. Yes, Draco was a trashbag through most of the series, but he is also so much more than that. I think a lot of people often forget that Draco (as well other HP-characters) was a child, and children can't be expected to act any better than the people around them. Draco grew up in a prejudiced family with a father whom he adored but never seemed to appreciate his son. Acting tough gave him respect and attention, and even if it wasn't love it was better than nothing. So Draco might be a trashbag but he is MY trashbag and I will defend him until I DIE. YEAH.
Okay, enough meta for now. It's Christmas Eve tomorrow! :D I know this isn't very Christmas-y, but as you might see I love Draco with my whole heart, and you're supposed to celebrate Christmas with the people you love. And nothing screams Christmas as making your viewers (and yourself) sad!
