I remember reading and watching berserk when I was young and rewatching now i still don't blame her for retreating inside after the horrors of the eclipse event. the the ones she held dear brutally dying and than the absolute depravity Griffith forced onto her infront of guts just because he felt jealous of them and wanted to prove he was no longer weak. I feel so sad for them both. Alone in the world and will forever be marked for sacrifice. Guts to slowly lose himself and her to live with the mind breaking trauma to her psychy. Truly tragic , but man does the who berserk world feel so real in its brutality.
To my brothers n sisters of this world feeling alone, lost, beaten. know it'll be okay, happiness will come. bonds will be made healthy ones even. try and stay strong even when you have to fight through by yourself for a time. The fact guts is a good guy with a bad guy appearance and gets everything stripped away from him but Griffith is the bad guy but has the look of a good guy but gets everything he desired,pretty privilege is real.
Berserk is one of those few stories than makes me wonder if revenge would actually bring closure.

@@Siter Griffith said to him that he could have left before. He was angry and controlling so he hated the thought of something he "owned" leaving. Guts had the choice to kill him but spared him as the conditions were if he wins he leaves. Then Griffith goes and has sex with the underage princess because he's upset. That isn't guts fault, it's Griffiths for not handling a loss

This show was wild for some of the things that they put in it.
The “Griffith did nothing wrong” is the most 🤓 things I've ever seen in my entire life man.. how could someone even said that damn.
Other shorts have giant comment sections saying he did nothing wrong, i think theyre trolling lmaoo, i was dying laughing when i saw the comments, damn trolls.

Someone (can't remember who, but I remember he's a HUGE berserk fan) made an excellent video titled something similar.
He actually explained that what Griffith did was entirely in character for him to do, and him doing that was not at all a betrayal of his character, although it was morally wrong. He was consistent as a character in the choices he made that day.

In my senior high (2018-2019), our classroom had a tv and I always play movies on it every time we have no class. I downloaded all the movies from berserk and played it with my classmates and teachers watching it. I did not expect the sex and violence but everyone just watched. I was even surprised that my teachers did not even say a word even though one of the teacher already warned me to only play videos related to our strand (I was in bread and pastry).
