Hung out in this mall and neighborhood a few years ago during my DR trip. Prices in the mall are practically the same as US, coffee can be $4-5 for a cappuccino. Clothing appeared way out of budget of your typical DR salary. Movies cheaper than here, hair salon there is way cheaper than here, will give you $5 blowdry, pretty standard blowdry price in DR. Beautiful mall and location with Parque Mirador nearby. Loved it.
Latin America is nothing like the USA 🇺🇸 ,but you do get more for your money in the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴. Even in this more expensive capital city of Santo Domingo,which is what you see here.
