Great build! Similar to mine. Difference is for Me i run 2 gravedigger's, 2 floodgates, and one traptrix trap hole nightmare. I decided to run 2 floodgates, because for my locals there are moments where they come up often to slow down the opponent. Particularly, they came up against tenpai, so at least i can prevent them from using one of their dragons as synchro material. I decided not to run prosperity, in favour of hand traps. While prosperity does help the deck's consistency, it also can mess you up in the grind game. There were instances where a monster came up and could've gotten me out of a trouble, but was banished due to prosperity. Sure i could just prosp for 3, but again it would be pointless if i didnt dig one of the card im looking for and space is tight in the extra deck.
In this format, it very much is. Though a small side-note is I suggest your set trap being Gravediggers so that you're able to activate 2 in one turn. That's usually enough + you have Sera +Pudica interruption.
The reason you run vesiculo is because arachno traptrix locks you. Also when pushing for game through interruption its best to have 2 ss rather than 1 especially when you know they have nib and you need to keep an atrax or rafflesia to stiffle it. Edit seeing you run super poly it explains why you dont need it i rather run no prosp and a variety of sideboard options. Had a game where i ran out of extra deck plays to win including typhon, evilswarm exciton and zeus lab just doesnt die sometimes
I have a question regarding mantis can I quick effect to bring back a set S/T, to then set another S/T and activate the trap I’ve just set? Do I have to wait for the next turn?
....Powersink stone doesnt work with Traptrix the way you think it does. Because it states players cant activate effects you still cannot activate Traptrix Extra deck monsters effects even though they say they are unaffected. This is different than skill drain where if you already had your Traptrix in play prior to skill drains activation then yes they are unaffected. Its like how Evenly Matched will still banish Traptrix ed monsters even though they are unaffected or they still get flipped facedown via Daruma Cannon. Yes its stupid I know, Im am a die hard Traptrix player too and its annoying but that is how it works.

I like the traptrix deck setup i run traptrix myself it's a really good and fun deck

agreed. in my case i run super poly in the side so i already have 3 cards to dig off prosp game 1. but i do know what you mean for the grind game!

Almost the same decklist as me. Only difference is, I play no Droll but one Lord of the heavenly Prison and one Transaction Rollback.
