I wonder where did you get these cones and the flat cone the one on top and also the two chopper motors where did you get all that from? I wished they can make a real mini plastic sirens like this one instead I did with paper. Where did you get all plastic siren peaces?
I designed it in fusion 360 (3d modeling software) and then printed out the plastic parts on my 3d printer. As for the motor it is a dual shafted motor that I got from amazon.
It is 3d printed. Its a 2t22 so it dose not have the dampers. Although I have acquired two small solenoids so I may try to make it into a 3t22 with dampers at some point.
I designed it in fusion 360 (3d modeling software) and then printed out the plastic parts on my 3d printer. The motor speed controller was bought off amazon for $10.
@@ExmarkDude ok well u could also use a tiny electric moter for the dampers it would be simpler but u might have to gear it down so it doesnt burn the moter edit: not gearing it down might make the moter not have enough torgue to turn the dampers witch would burn it out if u gear a small moter down it will have more then enough torgue but will be slower to move so dont gear it down too much that is if u use an elctric moter to move the dampers instead of solenoids
@@adamssirenadventures6574 Unfortunately same story for thunderbolt project I got the chopper part done and then kinda stalled on it. I do have a few videos on it though! I'm away from home for school right now so I don't have the free time anymore.
I like how it actually has working rotors and doesnt use speakers to produce the sound, it really is a mini version!
Only 12 years old autistic kids does the speakers mini sirens haha
@@sprintertrueno1985 I would count mine as an exception.
Your Mini 2T22 sounds awesome! A beautiful siren with beautiful shaped horns!
Sounds exactly like it! Great job!
Sounds like the old 2t22 on a neighboring town's fire station. Pretty sure the last time it went off was for a major recycling plant fire.
Sounded pretty close to the one in my town, the winddown is so slow and you can hear it across town even at 100-200rpm
That’s awesome! Love the progress! I would love to make my own! You inspire me dude!
How did I miss this video? A fully functional scale model 2T22?

Amazing! Very good model you made there.
It sounds just like a 2t22
This is a 2t22 ;¬;
You mean sounds like the real 2T22
That sounds really nice! Wow!
Do you know how big I could print the rotor before it explodes or something at 3450? Also what I fill and wall settings did you use?
Wow, this is awesome. It sounds exactly like the the original siren too
It pretty much sounds like it's bigger counterpart
That looks pretty cool! Kinda reminds me of the mini Thunderbolt
sound like "big" 3T22
The RPM of the real thing is 3400 RPM
Wow that's pretty impressive. Liked and subbed, keep up the good work
I'm impressed!! Keep up the good work!
That is an awesome and authentic looking and sounding model! Great job!! 👍
Thank you very much!

I'm going to 3d print a hand-cranked air-raid siren

Sounds pretty spot on!!!
Broken solar panel needs this
That sounds realistic
That's awesome! Could you try to build a mini Loudon Comms ES-2000 electronic siren? Im a fan of that model. Lots of em.
My friend was thinking about making an electronic mini siren soon. I dont know if I ever will though.
Sound very alike to the real one
This is very impressive! Good job!
Can you send me the link to the site where you made the 3D printed mermaid?
Siren?*
The translator is very bad than the real translator
Sound like the real 2T22 or 3T22 👍
Can you sell this?
Looks amazing!
Umm....2:53 to start it :)
Sounds so real I like it
Cool! And pretty accurate.
Ur 3t22
Amazing, ya did a great job, it sounds just like the real thing, tho to me it kinda sounds like an XT22, i love it tho
what is an XT22? is it like a 3T22 or something?
@@toybartley3528 It's a mix in between a 2t22 and 3t22

Wow it looks really good
try and make it into a 3T22 by adding dampers u could use magnets to move it wont be as strong but it should make functional dampers
The solenoids he bought were too large for the scale, plus he wanted to keep it as a 2t22 for simplicity.
Looks like the crystal MN 3T22
Finally the first mini 2t22
Not the first but its the first one thats not a fake cheap paper build with an iphone inside it
I meant like a functional one
Pretty cool dude keep on going

Nice build, will you get a proper controller for it?

Make a mini sentry siren to go with it.
Could u do a tutorial of a homade siren like this
Is it 3d printed?
Yes. Hi! I'm Federal Signal Thunderbolt 1003A Tornado Siren.
That’s great! Is it 3D printed? Also that seems to be the exact same RPM/pitch as a real 3T22. Does it have working dampers?

Im sure I could out of the top part of this siren. Just dont have the free time anymore.
Is there a way i could have the OBJ or STL files to those?
That is sooo cool! Will you release the CAD files so I can make one?
So far I have been focused on school work, but at some point I may come back to this and make it into a purchasable kit.
