With how many bangers these guys had, I'm surprised the search for them went on as long as it did. Glad they're finally getting the recognition they deserve now! FEX is absolutely one of music's should-have-beens.
One thing we really should take away from this: Listen to your small local artists. You never know which diamonds lay dormant out there. Additionally: Giving them airtime and exposure is so important.

We dont know exactly what was happening at their time. It could be different reasons like marketing, timing, label support, and public taste. I listened to a lot of old new wave stuff that never saw the light of day and no joke...FEX has the biggest list of songs that should have been hits.

I really dig the retro synthesized sound of it, the classic drum fills, and groovy bassline. The guitar solo is the icing on the cake.
