What Ross failed to mention was that this was the life they were born into. Occupation, humiliation, agrevation, unlawful arrests, seeing their friends and family murdered on a daily, seeing complete control of roads, food, water, electricity and movement by Israel. I am glad those two quiet kids spoke and shared their story, It was powerful and required a lot of strength to open up. They are the bravest kids and Allah will give them better that what was taken from them.
Is it any wonder that many of these kids grew up to be fighters?? Many of them have probably been killed too, fighters or civilians, and now many of their kids are left orphaned. Then people will act shocked when some of those orphans become fighters.

This made me tear up. We really take our lives for granted. What difficulties we are facing are nothing in comparison to these children. They truly feel alone. Nothing worse than this feeling as a child. They feel like there's no one to protect them, to love and care for them. Truly heart breaking.

You know I have watched so many videos, just this morning AJ+ had a video of a todder with both her legs amputated, other channeld with plenty of kids whose parents have been killed, but this made me cry. And so did a documentary on youtube about the deir yassin massacre where an old lady retells what she had witnessed and begins crying. The pain in one's heart from years of lost love, that is what hurts me. When I see horrific things, I pray they will be ok. The reality is that even with faith, evil people can break your heart.
