College Career Services Reimagined with Joe Testani, Katharine Boshkoff, & Branden Grimmett

10-21-2021: the year to be audacious and reimagine career services is this year, when rules and conventional ways are out, and innovative ideas are in. I am grateful to Katharine Boshkoff, Branden Grimmett, & Joe Testani for this insightful conversation and for their leadership in higher education. We touched on key areas for consideration, including scaling engagement of students, alumni, and employers, staffing and skills of the future for career educators, preparing students for the future of work, and integration into the academic experience to ensure equitable outcomes of all graduates.
